The staff at this location were super helpful when I called regarding a possible exchange of a pair of boots purchased online. I was unsure about the fit/sizing of the boots and they said I could come in and that they would double check for me. A couple hours later, I came in and let them know I was the caller from that morning. They remembered me and asked me to try on the boots for them while they got another size just incase from the back. They were extremely patient as I mulled over what size felt most comfortable. They suggested a pair of removable sole inserts for the boots; it was a perfect solution for improving the fit. It took all of 10 minutes and I left with an adorable pair of boots that now fit as if they were custom made.

I visited the Aldo store today with two of my friends. One of the two men that were in the store was checking up on us and telling us about the sales. He left us to ourselves so that we could look freely, while we were looking we overheard the other man tell the guy that had just helped us saying something. This man which happened to be the store manager told the guy that he didnt need to help us because we werent going to buy anything and that he should help the other lady that was in the store. As a store manager that is very tacky because he has no knowledge of how much money I carry. I will not be returning to this Aldo and I suggest anyone else. I am disgusted with this store.

Vert very good customer service. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was because the shoe sizes for larger feet were not available in more than 80% of the shoe selection (women size 9) And (men size 13). How do I know this? Because I asked the clerk to tell me what shoes they did have in my size rather than getting my hopes up on the shoes that I did like. Overall it was not a bad experience as the customer service made up for the shoes in my size not being available. The store clerk did offer to order the shoes online.
