Went in for a return because the scrubs I bought ended up not fitting the way I like so was looking around at shoes and everything , went with my fiance the first time and he doesnt like when I look around because Ill take hours, so second trip I made alone , there was plenty of other people to follow around the store some how I was there best target that evening , Pissed me off followed around the store my whole shopping trip never asked how I was doing, or if I needed help just kept walking in the aisles I was walking in and the chick kept standing by me and starring, felt really uncomfortable and like I was being racially profiled based on the color of my skin, now I dont like to complain about bs like that but seriously, couldnt shop in peace for one second, highly unprofessional, I have worked in retail and if People are stealing there would be a better way to approach the person that is doing it, dont be hostile towards customers that have literally done nothing wrong. Pissed me off would give no stars if possible...

Weve always had an okay experience here. Staff might not be the most helpful but the place is always clean and neat and we can usually find what we need here at a reasonable price. Someone wrote "dont have a very wide selection" . . . WWHHHAAAAT?!? Its a shoe store that is bigger than anything else in the area, they have more shoes than an army has feet. I dont ever recall going in and not finding something that fit the bill, though a few times I found what I wanted but they didnt have it in my size. But I have better success here than Rack Room.

Purchased dress shoes at Roanoke, VA store last week, wore them for a day and decided I needed a wider size. Asked to exchange they said they dont carry them. Asked for refund, with receipt, and was told the store has a no exchange / no refund policy by store manager. Really? Everyone I know on social media is going to know to stay away from Super Shoes. Now you know too.

Huge selection but prices are not as low as expected from a warehouse-like store. Expect to pay at least $50 for the least expensive sneakers or casual footwear.

For a shoe store, they dont have a very wide selection. I can hardly ever find something that fits me right or the style Im looking for.

Better styles are available in the summer here. Not many athletic shoe choices. Prices are also a little on the higher end.
