I bought a pair of Penguin boots (Jerry Jeff) from this location about a month ago. The sole started coming off a few days ago. I took them back into the store and they offered to replace them for free. The staff were very helpful and I am now wearing a new pair of boots that I am very happy with.

This location is hit or miss. The womens shoes arent incredibly fashionable, more geared toward office, sport, and wedding. Nothing thats just flirty and fin for the everyday fashionista. I dont think Ive ever purchased a pair of shoes from this location .

Lots of good collections of shoes for both men and women. Parking space is tight but place is not busy all the times so its OK. Good customer service and free shipping to home option if size not available.
