So my mother and I had originally gone to the stores in Adventura Mall. She wanted a pair of heels (the ones with the sunglasses) in grey in a size 5. Since they did not have it, the girl ordered them for us online to be delivered to my house in Coral Gables. However, she ordered the black ones by accident. I then called and spoke to Philip and told him I did not have time to send it back and wait for the new shoes to come. Philip then sent grey shoes to the Miracle Miles store (3 minute drive from my house) and told me to bring in the black ones and just trade them. All was done in 2 seconds. The woman I had spoken to at the store when I traded the shoes was a sweetheart as well. Great customer service from all of you, thank you!

The shoes really are cute and in a very good quality but the customer service is not good at all. the manager, Josefina, told my 10 years old daughter that she could return a pair of flip flops as long as it was withing 30 of purchase, in original box, unworned, with receipt. My daughter found that the shoes were too pricey for her taste and decided to return them. Well, the manager did not honor the return policy saying she could only gave her store credit, how convinient.
