Sold me a pair of defective shoes with plastic that stuck in the top of my foot. Unwearable. Went back the next day to exchange them. No shoes in stock in my size. I asked for a refund so I could buy the shoes somewhere else, but they could only offer me store credit. Said that since the shoes are damaged & they wont be able to sell them again that they cant give me my money back. So Im the sucker that paid for their substandard product. The manager even asked if I left the shoes in my car to cause the damage!?!?! The April sun in NC is known to melt shoes... Now I have to go buy a second pair of shoes somewhere else. Or order online. So essentially, The Shoe Dept sold me defective shoes that I will gladly exchange, but you guys cant do that. So just give me my money back. Instead, you would rather blame me. Bad companies have bad customer service policies. You should NEVER buy shoes here. I wont.
