If you need customer service and call them to ask for information on a pair of shoes that you need, dont even do it! Theyll answer your phone call being extremely dry and hang up on you before you even finish to say what you needed to say.

Service was great, but cashier Brandi fraudulently signed me up for SI and SI kids magazines, and used her own name and address so I couldnt call and cancel the subscription. I will never do business with Finish Line ever again.
