I was looking for a DOLPHIN TEAM JERSEY and I went on a Saturday. A nice girl helped me, the store was busy, she went to the back to look for it, and she did not have the number that I wanted, but she told me that they had more numbers available. On Wednesday I went back and asked again for the jersey, any number, but the manager , called Ruben, told me that he did not any Dolphin jerseys at all. He didnt even try to help me or offer another option and the store was not busy. He was just standing in front of the store, doing nothing and was very rude.

I have never in my entire life had the experience i had with Ruben, Brian, Cassandra, Natalie, and Tommy, I want to apologize to them if any of the names were misspelled. Every single one of them went the extra mile to make sure i walked out with every single pair of shoe i wanted. They gave advice explained the difference and saw to it that i purchased the right shoe for me. I am shoe fanatic and i honestly had the best experience ever.

Worst staff and customer service I have ever dealt with. I go to return a pair of shoes I bought and they tell me they cant return it right now cause theres no money in the register?!?? What does that even mean????? How are you going to run a store with no money in it ???

They should change their employees at that store. Terrible customer service it looks they pay them badly that is why they treat people terribly. The manager has an attitude problem.

Not really good customer service. just put the customers besides and pretend seeing nothing if the customers come back for return or exchange. do not recommend.

Good stop for shoes but not much else. I remember the days they had actual sporting goods including weights and benches. I miss that Champs.

I shop here mostly for the limited edition jerseys that they carry. Not cheap, but their selection and staff are second to none.
