Finish Line store in Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs, FL has a manager who acts as if she just stepped out of a welfare line. Very unprofessional, rude, clearly her parents failed to teach her manners. I came in to return an online order and this woman looked past me like a zombie, did not say two words or even smile to acknowledge me. She handed me the phone to speak with customer service and refused to give me a tissue so I could place it against my ear while speaking on a public phone that everyone else uses...what a novel idea, right? She repeatedly called me sweetie, and made inappropriate comments about me with another customer while I was standing right there. I dont know what else to call her but unprofessional, crass and ghetto. I was the only white person in the store, and she was sweet as pie to all the other customers- what a coincidence. I asked her if I needed to be black so that she would treat me with some respect, and that was the only time she did not respond with another inappropriate comment. I do not walk on eggshells around people who feel like their skin color entitles them to behave a certain way - I did not own slaves, she was never a slave, and being Jewish, i have also experienced discrimination in my life. So the attitude this woman displayed and how she treated me was despicable. She made zero attempt to try to be polite or professional. She may have been a manager, but she had ZERO class. Finish Line is one of at least 6 other places to buy sports shoes in that mall, and customer service is key to get customers to buy from you when everyone else is selling pretty much the same merchandise. Seriously, this woman was someone I would expect to find in a ghetto laundromat but definitely not in a professional environment.

Do NOT buy shoes from here. Terrible exchange policy and management. Bought a pair of shoes from another Finish Line location at a different mall. I didnt even wear them except trying them on at the store, I decided I didnt like the color and kept the tags on and the receipt. (Adidas Tubulars) I figured I would return them at another location for a refund or exchange for another color and I was told by customer service that it would not be an issue. At this location, they didnt have anything in my exact size (11.5) so I wanted to return for a refund. They said they couldnt refund my money, and I would have to go to the other store for that. I decided to exchange for a size 11 instead. The manager tried to tell me the shoes I wanted to exchange were "damaged" and said that she couldnt resell them!! Are you kidding me? They were immaculate, and she pointed out some lint that was on the bottom from trying them on at the other location. Wouldnt give me a receipt to exchange for another pair and wouldnt give me a refund! Acted very unprofessionally and rude, insenuaded that I was lying about not wearing them which really pushed my buttons. Their "return" policy allows franchise owners and management to dance around customers, giving whatever excuse they may have not to take the shoes back even if you didnt wear them. I would not purchase from here again, youre better off somewhere else!
