Bought an iTunes gift card that did not work. Took it back same morning with my receipt. Clerk called over a man, who I presume was some type of manager. He immediately says that he cant help me that I need to deal with iTunes. I protested and he said I should have read the sign in the gift card section that stated they are not responsible for gift cards. He didnt even check to see if the card had been properly activated. No more shopping at Rite Aid for me.
