This is the letter I wrote to corporate: I have a complaint I wish to discuss. I was in the store last night (Summit Avenue location in Greensboro, NC). I was getting light up shoes (Sketchers) for my niece, whos 7. When I found a pair that would fit, I realized that it was only one shoe in the box. I asked the saleswoman for the other shoe, to which she responded, "Itll be in the front." I stated that I needed both shoes for my niece to try on. She got an attitude and stated that she had to let someone know that two shoes were out on the floor, and that it would be in the front. Then she walked away. Needless to say, this is the first and last time I will ever shop at this store. The disrespect is shameful. It is bad enough to only keep one shoe in the box. But to insist I go to front to get the matching shoe is simply disgraceful. This would not be tolerated in a more affluent area. I honestly would not have made a purchase at all, but children do not understand such atrocities and I wanted to see my child happy. I would be willing to discuss a resolution to this cataclysmic shopping experience.

Well its not exactly that big more like twice as big at the regular store. But they had a great selection lots of sizes and regular low prices. It was definitely worth stopping by. Although its not in the greatest location
