I found this jewelry store and haven’t been anywhere else since. All the associates are very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. The first business I had with them was the restoration of a 150-year-old ring. When I brought it to them I didn’t even know what I had. Both Jim & Monica took the time to give me the history of the diamond cut, it’s age, it’s value, and what it needed to be restored. When I picked it up I was blown away. They kept it as original as they could—only replacing some of the underside of the gold band and a few diamond prongs. The quality was flawless and the price was very reasonable. Since then I have only had one jeweler and have been happy with every purchase. In fact, I’m picking up my new wedding rings from them next week. I will never step foot in a BIG BOX, CHAIN STORE again.
