I custom ordered a diamond bracelet to be sent to the west mifflin store. Lady said it would be about 10 days and should be in. ***3 weeks later (21 days)*** I call the kay store for an update. Phone rings gor a solid minute before anyone picks up. Here is the conversation. Nadine- this is Nadine the manger. Dan- Hi my name is Dan i ordererd a bracelt and want to check on the status of it. (I start giving her my spelling of fill name in which she stops me mid spelling) Nadine- hold on im up front and i have customers right now. Im gonna put you on hold... ***on hold for 2 min*** gets back on phone. Nadine- You arent the only customer. Barb will have to call you tomorrow because we are busy with customers in the store right now. Its not in the system and she will have to call the vendor.

Avoid Kays at all cost. Horrible customer service. Stupidly high prices. I purchase a ring and a warranty the ring broke twice in 2 years now they are trying to charge me for fixing their crap quality ring. Go to a local mom and pop jeweler if you want service.

Terrible experience. Went to look at wedding bands and the guy basically insulted my fiance because she didnt know the exact specifications of her wrong which was away getting sized. I would highly recommend going to another location.
