Approximately a year ago I purchased a pre owned Franck Muller, Big Ben watch from Gray and Sons. Dealing with Rich was a super experience. He was very knowledgeable on all the watches I asked about. While I was initially looking for a specific model Patek Philippe, they did not have it at the time, I saw the Franck Muller. What a fine watch, it just looked so amazing. 18K Rose Gold, inclusive of the watch band. The band was so unique in the way each link was assembled. A gorgeous design, I loved it. The watch, already about 25 years old was just beautiful and like new when I bought it, however, you can never tell about things despite their appearances. As luck would have it the band separated. Fortunately, I didnt lose it. Even though it is well insured, it would probably be near impossible to replace. I first took it to a jeweler who, after examining it, recommended that I send it back to where I bought it as it was a very detailed and complicated band and would be difficult to reassemble. I called up Rich seeking his guidance. Without hesitation, he told me to send it to Gray and Son and they would be happy to fix it at no charge to me. I was pleased to hear that. I think that it is important to note, that while the watch is still under warranty, the band is a separate issue and would not ordinarily be covered. I must say once I sent the watch, Rich kept me apprised as to the progress of the repair and in no time it was returned to me in absolute perfect condition. I took it back to my friend, who happens to be a Master Gold Smith, he looked it over and could only say....PERFECT!!! They (Gray & Son) did a magnificent job. I was happy to hear that. So if you are thinking of purchasing a fine watch or jewelry, I can only highly recommend Gray and Son - See Rich. They stand by their product 100%, a very comforting feeling, particularl when you are spending such a great deal of money. Thank you Rich and the Gray & Son Family. George

I am out of state, I called because I was interested in a patek philippe 3970 which has a 100k price tag. I was a serious buyer. They do not return calls and even more worse, they do not even remember what they are checking on for you when you call them back. I dealt with Rich, then after Keith Grey one of the owners. Keith was so rude and short with me I cannot even begin to describe the unprofessionalism he showed. I am not there in person as I live out of state, so you would think, they would show a little more professional courtesy when dealing with a potential customer over the phone, especially when the item being discussed has a price tag like that. They acted like a shady pawn shop over the phone. I honestly dont know how people like this stay in business. They must make up their own reviews. UPDATE: If you want to talk about dishonest, Keith Gray, Why dont you tell everyone about how you hid a ring for a client and the FBI came to your store and asked if you had the ring at which you denied having it. Upon your store being searched, the ring was recovered. Thats the word on the street. So if you want to talk about being dishonest and shady, then I guess you fit the profile to the T. Im sure people can tell just by your response, the type of person you are and what its like dealing with you.

I would just like to express my gratitude for the service placed on repair, overhaul and case polishing of my Panerai 088 GMT. I currently reside out of state and had shipped my timepiece knowing I would be returning home for limited amount of time. Your watch repair specialist were able to complete the job before its estimated repair date which enabled me to pick it up before i expected. I am very happy with the timeline and finished product. With that being said, as good as the repair was I would like to single out Jackie for her exceptional customer service. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about sending my watch there for repair but Jackie did an excellent job of answering all my questions beyond satisfaction. Once arriving at your store, she did a phenomenal job at expediting the paperwork change process from shipping my watch out of state to an in store pick up. Jackie was extremely attentive, is a pleasure to talk too and provided a full range of customer services one can only hope to receive when purchasing luxury brands. My encounter could not have gone any better and because of her I will certainly revisit Grey and Sons when it comes time to add to my collection or provide a reference for friends.

They have HORRIBLE Costumer Services. When I came in to drop my e-ring to get fix, there were 2 people in the counters; they completely ignored us, specially the older lady. I know I was not going to purchase the entire store, but a costumer is a costumer. One girl (Anastasya I think) was doing something in the back and saw me standing there and helped me very courteously.. she is the only reason my fiance and I did any type of business in that store. I chose them because they are right next door from me.. .. I know, my fault; I should have research some other stores before dropping in the first one I saw. After 2 weeks of not receiving any info about my ring, I called. The guy that picked up the phone treated me like a mentally challenged person and hanged up on me. My fiance just pick up my ring and left... The job they did is OK, the rings looks new again which is a good thing...but what good is a job well done if your costumer service is mediocre and you dont value your costumers. Needless to say, I will never come back to this place again for repairs or purchases. Ill be very bold into saying that I recommend you not to go either.

Have a good girlfriend in Miami, FL who recommended these guys for watch & jewelry repair. I had 2 items that needed to be repaired. One piece of estate jewelry was a Tiffany diamond necklace my mother had given to me almost 10 years ago. The clasp had broken and I didnt want just anybody replacing it. The other item, was from my grandmother. She had a Rolex Cellini watch that she wore most of my life. When she passed 3 years ago, she specifically passed it on to me. It has meant much to me, but seeing it not working and unused in my dresser has been bothering me. I shipped Gray and Sons both items to get them quoted and repaired if reasonable. Happy to say the price was fair. I even spent a little more to get a new leather band on the used Cellini watch. About 3 weeks later the items were shipped back and happy to say the Tiffany necklace was like new and had been even be cleaned to sparkling new. My grandmothers Cellini watch not only worked, it looked like it was refurbished to like new condition. Gray & sons in Miami, FL not only did what I asked, they happily exceeded my expectations!! Would highly recommend their work!!
