Horrible service and attitude. These people think their stuff dont stink. I simply wanted to get a replacement box for engagement ring but they said they couldnt help me because I didnt purchase the ring at their location. This isnt Walmart! Its Tiffanys. And this came from the store manager! I called the NYC store and they kindly sent me a replacement box, overnight and free of charge. I was expecting better service from the Bal Harbour store. Highly disappointed but thankful the NYC store did the right thing.

Great selection of beautiful jewelry, and what gives it its 5th star is the excellent hospitality provided by the staff. A gentleman by the name of Jose worked with us. He was very helpful. Would recommend this location.
