I was looking for a used Rolex Daytona and a friend of mine put me in contact with Jonathan at King Jewelers. Jonathan quickly found several examples to choose from and gave me an honest assessment of the condition of each watch (through email since I live on the opposite coast). The watch that I selected was initially a 9/10 on the condition scale, but Jonathan told me that they could clean it up and make it a 10/10 before sending it to me. I was a little skeptical of that claim, but I took a leap of faith because Jonathan was so highly recommended by my friend. When I received the watch I was very impressed with the condition. It appeared unworn and fully exceeded my expectations. I have been very happy with my purchase. A few other notes… The packaging that the watch arrived in was wrapped very securely. It was nice to see that they took the extra time to ensure that the watch arrived at my doorstep in the same condition that it left their store. Also delivery was next-day after they cleaned up the watch, so that was also appreciated. As far as price, I did quite a bit of research before making my purchase and King matched the best I could find for a watch of this condition. I can absolutely recommend King Jewelers and will definitely buy from them again.

My husband was going to upgrade my ring from 0.6 carat to 1 carat. Occasionally he finds a single-stone earring with a stone we were not certain about. We decided to go to King Jewelers near our house in Aventura and check the stone out. I was wearing my job uniform at that time. Upon arrival to the store we noticed an old guy with a grey hair at the register. We approached him and showed him the earring. I asked him if it was a diamond. He did not dare to even hold it for a second, but said no with an attitude. I asked "why" and then he goes "beach club uniform, what do you do for life?" I said im a spa supervisor and then he shakes his head implying that he is a pro and who am I to ask him "why". I have worked in sales and customer service for 5 years, doing e-commerce and just obtained my masters degree, I speak 5 languages including japanese and have never in my life been treated so bad based on the uniform I was wearing that day. I have seen many rude customers but never yet have seen such a rude sales person in jewelry store. He must have been very unhappy with his life if he has such an attitude with potential customers. King Jewelers Aventura, what a shame! Neither me or my friends are going to purchase anything there.

I recently had the pleasure of entering this store. My sales team was a combination of Eunice Lopez and Bruce Handler, both of which were exceptionally knowledgable and friendly. I have had a lot of experience dealing with jewelers, and I can certainly highly recommend King Jewelers if you are looking for a truly exceptional piece. My situation was one that was quite unique, as the ring I was seeking was of a rather rare size. Not to worry, they had a highly skilled team on hand who managed to professionally adjust my selection in a matter of hours, all on site. A great choice for anyone seeking to find that truly exceptional piece. The selection is vast, and it is easy to see why they have been in business for over 100 years! I will be back.

What a class act this place is! I brought a ring made from some type of casting metal (basically, much worse than silver) in to be resized, and in the process of resizing it, it broke and they recast the ring out of silver, which is of course much nicer and more valuable than the material the ring was made out of, and much more beautiful. Jenia, the lady who helped me with all this, is a true gem, no pun intended! I am so very impressed by their excellent customer service, Ive never seen a service provider go so above and beyond for their customers!!

I had an extremely positive experience at King Jewelers. The selection of product is phenomenal. I was looking for the perfect piece for my S.O. The friendliness of the staff makes you feel at home. Without any pressure, I was only shown items relevant to what I was asking for. The store itself is beautiful with chandeliers, open spaces, and branded product displays. Of any jeweler Ive been to, this one tops the cake. Ill definitely be buying from them again. Great store, great selection, great prices!

recently visited king jewelers to buy my wife a gift for our anniversary. I was initially concerned that my modest budget would not go the distance at this high end store. I was gladly surprised when I walked in. Everyone was so nice and eager to help me and there was a lot of great items in my price range. They helped me find the perfect gift and made me feel like my wifes happiness was important to them. You can feel the family touch in this elegant store.

I went to King Jewelers to look at some rings, they have some of the most beautiful diamonds/ jewelry that I have ever seen and their prices are very reasonable. I felt very welcomed when I went to the store, everyone there is very personable and great customer service. Dreadful low class owner who has some erroneous image of his importance. I took my watch to be repaired and serviced and its still broken. The watch came back still broken and they said I broke it in the way out of the store ! They are run by self opinionated management who have no idea how to behave and offer service
