Amber was unprofessionally rude. I felt I was charged for almost nothing. After asking her to explain what was done she said "oh its hard to see, just be careful" she swiped my card told me to sign and walked away. After recently moving to the area Koosh Jewelers is a very convenient location for me however, I will not return. I am astonished at the level of arrogance she has when dealing with customers. Stay away from this establishment if you care about customer service.

if you want to sell your gold dont go there. It took an act of god to get only $32 for one of my rings. they practically wanted to know everything about my life. where i was born. that is completely irrelevant, and where i work. Not happy at all . i will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. My jewelry was worth much more what they wanted to give. 1,000 engagement ring they wanted to give me $30. A true slap in the face.

I love love love my engagement ring! Everyone was so helpful there. I went everywhere. Zales, Jareds, Kays, Helzberg, Windsor, JR Dunn, JR Jewelers, PJ Rossi!! Nobody had another ring like it. They even resized my ring in less than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend anyone here.

Stay far away. These guys are scammers. Brought my watch in to change the battery and they changed the screws for ones that didnt fit, and then flatly denied the whole thing, stating theyve been in business 35 years. They forgot to mention how theyve been screwing people for 35 years.

The staff we encountered, Adi and Miriam, seemed eager to have an argument, not provide service. Watch out for a nasty 15% charge on returns, even if you return in perfect condition. We took our business elsewhere.

The area is highly traveled and sometimes creates congestion all around too many tourist in a small area waterways are easy access. Needs improvement, security enforcement would be helpful "suggestions"!
