Was here in march 2015 and was charged about $40 to get a ring resized from 7 to 4 3/4 and it took an hour. Im back again August 2015 with the same style ring to do the same resizing 6 3/4 down to 4 3/4 and Im being charged $60 and it will take 3 hours. Also, the first time two of the stones were missing after resizing. Mind you, I go during the weekday in the afternoon.
