I highly recommend Jewells! My fiance and I were searching for the perfect engagement ring. The salespeople helped us look at samples and catalogs, but the design I liked best was from a picture on pinterest. The owner had the ring custom made for me, and it is gorgeous! It turned out even better than the inspiration picture! All of the salespeople are very friendly and have even given me great suggestions for wedding vendors to use. This is my favorite jewelry store!

The worst customer service. The one lady is super hateful. I went in the other day to see if my pandora ring that I ordered to replace one that I got for my birthday came in, because they said it would be a week and half to two weeks before it came in. Its been over two weeks and they still havent got it in, who knows if they actually ordered it. I will not be back. If youre looking for a Pandora ring or any type of jewelry, go to AmRhines!!

They did a fabulous job resetting my engagement ring and resizing my finances wedding band. Recently we went in with a loose stone and they made the perfect necklace with it. They took great detail in making sure it would lay correctly and nailed it in regards to the length. Katherine and her employees are always so friendly and personable. I wouldnt go to anyone else in Roanoke.

Helpful, followed thru on what they promised, and went out of their way to appraise some antique jewelry that I had inherited. The custom ring that I bought was beautiful. Thats why we are planning to go back tomorrow to get a wedding ring cut off after a hand injury and then get it resized. I have to believe that the negative reviews are due to unrealistic demands.

I brought a friend from Florida in the store and have never been so embarrassed in my recent memory. We were completely ignored even though the store was empty and we left. My friend was interested in an emerald necklace and she called the store and got no answer. Left a message and got no call back. Enough said.

Buying my wifes wedding ring here was one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. Jewells customer service is remarkably bad and their response times are awful. Please do yourself a favor and do not bring your business to this establishment.

Be very careful when choosing a jeweler. DO NOT choose this one! I am heartbroken that they ruined my engagement ring and then treated me terribly after doing so! The owner is very untrustworthy!
