We live in a day and age where although were all connected to eachother, the personal experience is quickly fading. This is disheartening & usually leads to less than quality service. The folks at Werner Jewelers are one of the exceptions. Its refreshing and wonderful to deal with a family owned business that has both the modern abilities and old fashioned good service that is so valuable to the consumer. When you bring something to them to be repaired expect to receive reliable knowledge and fair prices. Add to that a quick turn around time & a patient & helpful person to steer you the right way. Knowing that its a family owned business means that its their reputation they work hard to keep, not a sales quota! Give them a try and youll see what I mean.

I could not have had a better experience. I shopped around at a few different locations before I came to Werner and they blew me away with their customer service. It is a family owned and operated business and the whole family was dedicated to helping me find the best ring for my soon-to-be fiance. What I loved best was I never felt like they were rushing me or selling me anything. They just helped navigate me to the ring that was best for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is making a special purchase for that special someone!

I took my wedding rings to get repaired. I had lost a diamond and my prongs were almost non-existent. Tim Gasper made me feel right at home! They repaired my ring in less than a week and I almost didnt recognize it! It looks better now than when my husband gave it to me!!! I am so happy with the quality of their work and how fast they had it done for me!! I highly recommend their jewelry store. You wont find that kind of service anywhere else :)
