I initially approached The Jewelry Connection to find an anniversary gift for my wife. The owner, Rick, was quick to assist. We decided on a nice pair of white gold and pave earrings which she loved, as well as a new bead that meant a lot to her for her bracelet. While we were talking, we approached the possibility of doing a photoshoot for his business for Google Maps Business View. Rick really liked the idea of the panoramas and the potential it brought for such a great increase in web traffic and improved SEO. I looked into his web presence and knew that this would be a big help for the business. We did the shoot and are awaiting the completion of the panorama from Google. Since then, I also learned Jewelry Connection does consignment for a very reasonable rate. I brought in some jewelry for consignment and will look for more to bring. Bottom line, Jewelry Connection one of the most friendly and customer oriented businesses I have ever entered. My time spent in the shop proved that beyond myself as most of the people that came in, Rick and his staff knew by name which shows me he has a lot of repeat customers. Come check him out. Find a nice addition to your jewelry and make a friend.

I went there with a ring swollen into my finger desperate for help, when an online manufacturer hadnt used the right material and I had an allergic reaction. Id tried everything for days and was in extensive pain. As a last hope, I stopped in and inquired if they knew how to get it off. They quickly and compassionately addressed my problem and didnt even charge me for the removal. (Even when whatever the ring WAS made of turned out to be a hard and time consuming removal). I personally believe that businesses are only as superior as the people that own them, so I felt compelled to let others know just what an amazing store we have right here in the Roanoke region. I wish Id had more to give to show my gratitude than just this review. Should I ever be in need of jewelry, watches, etc I will surely be going to The Jewelry Connection and I hope anyone reading this makes the same choice!

Beautiful store...I went there several times to get a new battery for my watch. The service was okay one watch could not get running again. The last time I went there the owner kept complaining that he cannot make a living selling batteries that I needed to buy a watch. Ive been in retail for 36 years and I have never seen this before I thought it was very rude and awkward for a owner to complain to a customer. Ill never go back again.

Great store great owner. He is very kind and has great prices. I would recommend this store over any jewelry stores in the area great quality at a great price and he has been in the area for many years. Locally owned always the better choice in my opinion. Honest and trustworthy will not sell something that is not quality. This place cares about its reputation and it shows.
