The professionals at R.M. Johnson & Sons Jewelers are both knowledgeable and professional. Jane and Tina worked with my husband and me to find the perfect diamond engagement ring to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. Two weeks later, Jane assisted me in ordering the matching wedding band. Due to the warm friendly family environment at R.M. Johnson, my husband placed the rings on my finger right there in the store. It was a celebration and we felt like we had shared the event with family. Even the financial negotiations between Jane and my husband were light hearted and fun. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend the experts and environment at R.M. Johnson & Sons Jewelers.

My engagement ring broke and R.M. Johnson and Sons was was able to repair it for me in house. It is a custom ring, so I am careful about who I leave it with. They did a fantastic job repairing the ring. It is sparkling like new. Their customer service is wonderful too. They listened to and addressed my concerns and were very personable and professional.

Jane walked me through selecting individual pieces of jewelry as well as changing stone sizes and cuts and such (engagement ring and earrings). Also the last time I stopped by to browse, her son did some laser engraving work for me. He said he can do anything from yeti mugs and money clips to gun parts...Like anything metal...pretty sweet.
