Im incredibly pleased that I decided to visit this location for my eight-year-olds eye exam and glasses purchase! The reception was friendly and professional and made her feel comfortable right off the bat. Dr. Freeh knew just how to speak to her and included her in the entire process instead of acting like she wasnt able to understand what was going on. The opticians were super friendly and helpful! My daughters prescription had changed VASTLY, and she hasnt been able to wear her old glasses for quite a while. Even though the person who cuts lenses was leaving for the night, after my daughter picked out her favorite frames, he stayed late to cut her lenses and get at least one of her pairs ready so shed be able to see in school the next day because the optician knew "that was a lot of vision to not have!" Im super pleased with everyone, and my daughter is absolutely overjoyed. They went above and beyond to help her out, and I cant thank them enough.

Aweful customer service. Glasses took about 3 weeks to arrive. Then, after driving to Salem with my 5 year old and waiting in line, my son needed to use the bathroom. The assistant manager refused to let us use the store restroom in the back, saying it was illegal for him to allow it. ILLEGAL?? Come on. Im also obviously 35 weeks pregnant and he refused, saying we had to go to the other end of the mall. I mentioned that was poor customer service and he got defensive, saying again that it was illegal and it was not poor customer service. Never going back.

Visionworks NEVER FOR ME I find it too bad I have to go to Americas best Eye glasses to get my Free Eye Exam . and 2 pair @ $69.95.. or come back to Visionworks to get My glasses . Eye Exam for 89.00 and sometimes have a two for one sale. you just force most of us to other places to get are glasses , to someone like myself on Medicare $89.00 is a lot of Money to the price of Free, I also call and asked about Discounts to anyone military, 70 years , Medicare , YOUR GOING TO LOVE THIS. SORRY ( DR FREE ) HAS NONE NO Discounts

Horrible customer service.. Their doors say the close at 530PM. I got there 20 minutes before 5. I walk in and say i have a prescription with you guys, just need to place an order for glasses. One of the employees literally looked at me and was like "Really? We close in 13 minutes...". Not even kidding.. Apparently this dude just wanted to go home as opposed to helping a customer who needs glasses. Never going back to this location again.
