I went here a few years back and the receptionist there was really horrible. She was condescending, snooty, and didnt listen. I was trying to get new contacts, I was switching brands because I have chronic dry eyes and she lost all the paperwork that the doctor and I had done. She asked when we would be paying for the contacts the shipped to me (which never came). When I told her I never received them she sent out my OLD prescription and insisted that was the only one on file. I found out a year ago she was still there. What is with medical offices having fantastic doctors and evil receptionists? A response: this is the correct office, you likely didnt know I got married so my last name is different. This is without a doubt the correct office. If you dont have record of the disaster that was my contacts experience all the more reason for the bad review.

NEVER GOING BACK I used to go here when it was owned by Dr. Cates and then when he sold the practice and retired I still came back and while the new OD wasnt Dr. Cates she was fine, I went back this year and the practice is now ran by Pam Ebert and she stinks, Her manner is not unfriendly but wierd and just not customer service oriented, she was not willing to help me with what I wanted (colored contacts) and I disagreed with her exam. A second opinion out of pocket confirmed what I thought, my prescription has not changed and I can get colored contacts and still be legal to drive. The receptionist/optician was great, she was very helpful and really worked hard to get me the best deal. Too bad the OD didnt have the same philosophy.

I had never had an official eye exam. Dr. Gervais and her staff did a outstanding job taking care of me and making sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The exam was very painless and thorough. When finished, she and her staff helped me pick out a pair of glasses that didnt make me feel self-conscious about my self and that were comfortable to wear. Thank you.

So yesterday i came in right before the actual shop closed and, everyone was so nice and just made me feel nice about my first pair of glasses. The women there Helped me pick out the perfect glasses that she thought would suit my face. And i honestly cant wait to pick them up in the next week! Thank you Custom Eyes ❤ the service was nice.

Dr. Gervais is great! She is super friendly and does a good job making sure that you get your prescription just right. She also does a great job helping you pick glasses that are cute on you! I would recommend her to anyone!
