The experience was horrible. I had ONLY ONE person willing to do their job. It seems like everyone there is incompetent. I asked just to reorder the same perscription they had on file they made me find the store number off the website. Then once I ordered the glasses they provided a date and no receipt. I had to ask for it. Once the date came to pick up the glasses I received absolutely no call. I waited a day and went up there for other purposes and said O well we didnt call because we had to reorder your glasses because the frame they sent were bent. They didnt even provide a new date didnt bother to inform with a call to say any of this information. They reordered the frames but provided no date and Ive waited 3 weeks with no call. Called and they seemed confused as to what I was requesting. When all they had to do was check my information to see a memo of what is going on with said glasses. Horrible services despite the one guy that actually tries to work.

I have to come here because I dont have insurance anymore, and they are cheap. First off, I was given bad directions and told it was in Hillsboro, which caused me to be 11 minutes late to my appointment. Because I was one minute past the alloted 10 min grace period I had to reschedule. Seriously? ONE minute?! I got an appointment in for an hour and a half later, because I didnt want to drive back out here from Beaverton. So when my appointment came around, they made me wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. What happened to the strict time frame you pushed on me? BS!! So I come in for my follow up, which Im already dreading because its a 40 minute drive. I show up for my 1PM at 1:02 and again, thrown into the waiting room where I sat for 22 minutes before meeting with the doctor. Only plus is the prices and the doctor is super nice. Other than that, I am not a fan at all. Never. Again.

She is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the necessary information for correct glasses and lenses to meet my vision needs. Karen, with the help of Sarah, are super employees and great customer service representatives in your vision department.

Ive been going to these guys for years. The optometrist is top notch. The staff in the shop is ok- I have minimal memory of them one way or the other. I am more interested in how good the doc is than how well the shop workers are. I have ordered glasses there, had no issues. Dr. Clossen, though, excellent.

They are the worst! The glasses were a week late, then the prescription was wrong, and come to find out, that prescription wont work on the lenses they sold me! Now they have to start over. These people suck!
