I know what youre thinking. Vision services at Walmart? How good can it be? Well, I was thinking the same thing, but since I live right behind the store and my vision benefits were going to be cancelled, I set up an appointment. Appointment setting was quick and painless and fast! I went in the day after I made the appointment. Dr Rioux and her staff are excellent. Theyre very patient and kind, especially to my four year old who had to come with me. Dr Rioux was very thorough and asked good questions. After we were done I ordered my contacts and walked out with my rx in hand, it even had the glasses rx on it too, if I decided to get glasses elsewhere. Fantastic place, Ill definitely be back next year for my exam!

Doctor was cool but its been 4 weeks and Im still waiting in my trial pair of contacts. The last time I called in to check to see if theyre in the man who answered sounded confused and told me they sent in the order twice. It sound like they dont communicate and just dont know what theyre doing. It very unfortunate but I wont be returning. Ever.

Staff is okay. Too occupied with computer stuff all the time. Prescription glasses were not okay....optometrist was somewhat impatient and pushy. Prices are good if they get the prescription right.
