I am the first person to not go see a doctor of ANY kind, much less someone to deal with my vision. I had 2 days of appointments, with myself a week earlier than my children, whom also loved the doctor! When I went in to the doctor, this is the first time in over 22 years I was comfortable with a doctor(this says a lot because I am very untrusting). To top that off they did some tests and figured out what was the reasoning for my vision issues. Resolved it quickly and my glasses even got there faster than they had quoted me, later that week. This was surprising and wonderful that they even called to let me know!(thanks) While I was there with my children he took the time to double check my paranoid worries about my vision. He did this for me unscheduled because he had the time to squeeze me in and did so as a kindness not as a necessity, A doctor that CARES about his patients I never felt like a number in this office. He was able to help me out immensely not only with the medical side of things but as well as the best customer service I have EVER seen anywhere. Yes, this is better than your favorite restaurant. The staff are as wonderful as the doctor, just wow! Great job everyone here thank you! I recently had to change insurance companies, when I did I had to make sure this was on their list of preferred providers! I wish ALL doctors were this wonderful!

I recently was able to visit Dr. Taylor and his team @ Family Focus. I absolutely DISLIKE having my eyes dilated and was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Taylors office has the most up to date technology and it was no longer necessary to have it done. I will say the entire process from being able to sign up and book my appointment as a new patient on line, choose an appointment time and date that was convenient for me and complete my paperwork online was fabulous. Ryan, Whitney and Dr. Taylor will absolutely amazing. I felt like part of the family the minute I walked in the door and Ms, Barbara is an expert at helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She went WAYYYY above and beyond to help me get the perfect pair of RED glasses. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism and warm, inviting staff. I have already 2 friends that I am referring their way!

Ive been going to Family Focus Eye Care for the past couple of years and have never once felt as though I wasnt in the best of hands. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment I was welcomed into the Family Focus family and will never look back. My daughter had to have her first eye appointment at just 2 years old and Ill admit I was a bit nervous about how she would handle all of the different exams. Dr. Taylor was great at keeping her attention but what was even better was how patient he was with her when she just wanted to be stubborn and shy. Her follow-up appointment the following year was something she actually looked forward to and she had remembered her first appointment fondly. Each department of the small business has been amazing to work with and its easy to get lost in conversation with everyone like youre lifelong friends.

The staff are always upbeat an positive. They appear to enjoy working at the office and Dr. Taylor is very pleasant and easy to work with. They all go out of their way to make sure you know you are important to them. Example: The glasses I picked out last year, I found I didnt like them, hence I dont wear them. I have been wearing my old glasses. I told Barbara when I was choosing my new glasses and she made some adjustment to my bill. She stated it was because I wasnt happy with my last pair of glasses. It wasnt a huge adjustment but I appreciated what she did. It told me that my being happy is important to them. This is not the first time they have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy. As long as I continue to get this kind of service and good eye care I will continue being a loyal customer.

The front staff were lovely, funny, and welcoming. The whole office was nicely decorated and laid out. They were right on time for my appointment. The office was level in temperature- very important to me as Im heat-intolerant. Dr. Taylor was so nice; adjusting to my eye sensitivities. He explained his findings, (including a crucial one my previous ophthalmologist had never told me about in the three years I saw him - perhaps he thought I knew). Although not an ophthalmologist, my condition is stable so I felt very comfortable seeing Dr. Taylor (forced by insurance). Dr. Taylor was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend his practice. Although I couldnt financially afford new glasses at my appointment, no one made me feel bad about that and there was no sales pressure at all. I really appreciated that!

Dr. Taylor, Barbara, Melanie and Josh ROCK!!!!!! It is so nice to find an eye doctor and his staff that are super friendly, laugh and joke with you like REAL people. They really make it feel like a family atmosphere. The ease of the entire exam process and the flexibility on paying for your glasses is something you cant get anywhere else. I have been to SEVERAL eye doctors over the years in the Salem area and Dr. Taylor is the only one that I will be returning to every year and for any emergencies that may arise. He better never leave Salem area or our family will be lost. I have a husband and two children who are EXTREMELY PARTICULAR about who they see and they all love Family Focus Eye Care. Thank you guys for making this experience so AWESOME!!!!

I have yet to find another doctors office like Family Focus. The entire staff is so friendly and they really know their stuff! Plus they have a great selection of frames. Dr. Taylor offers an incredibly thorough eye exam for adults as well as infants & children; which, as a first time Mom, lends my heart great relief knowing my child is getting the best care. And Ms. Barbara! Dont get me started, she is the best optician. I am so pleased with my glasses and lenses. She knows what materials are best depending on your prescription and personal needs. Im so glad I got anti-reflective too! We can tell Family Focus really cares about our family and our eye health. We love coming here; we spend time with friends rather than going to just another appointment.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit with Dr. Taylor. He diagnosed me with an issue that I have had for over 20 years. This whole time I thought it was an allergy related issues but in reality it was a dry-eye issue. After getting my drops, (and learning how bad certain over-the-counter drops!) it has significantly helped my eyes. I have seen many eye doctors over the years and not one talked to me about my eyes like Dr. Taylor did. Dr. Taylor was the first doctor that asked so many questions about my health and how my eye health was. I enjoyed filling out the different questionnaires to learn more about myself and my eye health. I highly suggest everyone to try Dr. Taylor out and learn more on how to improve your eye health.
