I spent over an hour picking out my frames only to be told they would not make my RX in them and that I needed to pick a different frame. The frames I chose were extremely close in size and shape as my existing glasses. The gal helping me was rude and very condescending when I questioned her about what she was telling me. Ive worn glasses for 20 years and I have never been told I needed to pick out small/childrens sized glasses (Im 38). I took my RX to Walmart and told them what I had been told by Eyemart Express... they told me that I was absolutely not limited to small/child sized frames. My face is narrow but that I could choose any of their frames and they could make it work with my RX. He also told me that the only reason I was probably told that is because it would be a little more work to get the lenses lined up correctly in the frames but it was absolutely doable. I will absolutely never go to Eyemart Express again (Ive previously purchased 3 pairs of glasses from them). It was a rude, unhelpful and extremely frustrating experience. I happily paid TWICE what I was going to pay at Eyemart Express at Walmart because they were nice, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. Id steer clear of Eyemart Express!

BAIT and SWITCH at its finest! STAY AWAY!! Bought lines bifocals a year ago on their 2 for $99 special. I was happy. So, today I go in for a new exam and new glasses. This time I picked out one set of frames just like the old ones (part of the $99 special) and decided to upgrade the 2nd pair soI picked out a nice Flex frame. I totally understand that pair will cost more...even was charged "full price" for the lenses ($58.50). Okay, I understand. But for the cheaper frames they said I would NOW have to pay HAVE to pay FULL price for the lenses (another $58.50.) In other words since I chose one set up frames that cost more (I even "upgraded" them since they would be my primary pair) all the components of this "package" NOW costs more. THAT IT WRONG! GET THIS!! ... If I were to get two cheaper frames they would cost a TOTAL of $99. But now with ONE more expensive frame the cost for the 2nd (cheaper) would be OVER $100!! THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH! THAT IS WRONG!!

I went in about a month ago because my glasses were scratched. I was working with Roxy. She was very helpful. She looked up my file and made sure there was no additional charge for the replacement because they were still under warranty. Even though there was a wait and a line of people ahead of me, she got to me in an orderly fashion and then really took the time to make sure I got what I wanted, instead of rushing me through to get to the next person. When I came back to pick up my new glasses, she made sure everything still fit correctly and even changed my nosepads for free. I have been going to Eyemart since it opened because of their prices but this is by far the best service Ive received.

I had the worse experience here. The customer service was horrible and could not help me answer any of my questions pertaining to the pricing. Their lack of efficiency made the appointment last longer than expected. The next day then they were supposed to call me back about my insurance and glasses, but they NEVER did. I had to call in myself to find out the status. Lets just say that the answer I got over the phone varied with the answer I got in the store. It was frustrating! I will never use this service again.

The customer service was great today. I cant remember who I spoke to. I was having cancer surgery and couldnt drive for weeks and I live an hour from the store. I was able to tell her what frames I wanted, fax her the Rx and she retrieved my measurement preference from my last eyeglass purchase. She even said she could mail them out to me so I could have them right away. That was a huge burden lifted. Thanks.

Ordered my glasses WEEKS ago and still havent received them. I have called twice now to inquire, but was put on terminal hold once and then promised a call "right back" the second time, and they were never to be heard from again. If I hadnt already paid and waited for these glasses, I would go elsewhere! I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received.

Everything was excellent and very reasonably priced.......Mine were cheaper than the online glasses......The eye exam was great and the give you the prescription do do with as you please if you decide not to order their glasses.......Told me the glasses would be ready in two hours and they texted me in an hour and said they were ready.......No B.S. here.......

I had outstanding service today, from Christopher. It is wonderful, to be treated so well by a company. Christopher, went out of his way , to make sure I had great service. And, I got great glasses, at a great price. I am very happy with my visit, to the Coburg Road store. I will definitely, be going back.

I went in with a pair of glasses, hoping to have the lenses from the broken frames placed in a new set. I was told that it wasnt possible. Ten seconds of Googling shows that this is false. Their knowledge of optometry is second only to their customer service.
