06/28/2012 See above Description of work: They worked on a trimmer that wouldnt start. The tech called and said it was ready, and I asked him if it was bad gas or what, telling him that I had added new pre-mix gas (purchased from them last winter) before trying to start it, as the tank was nearly empty. He said no, the gas that was in it seemed OK & he had just made some minor carb adjustments after he finally got it started. When I picked it up, the counter guy included a small can of pre-mix gas in the invoice at $8.00 and said it went with me. I told him what the tech had told me on the phone about the condition of the gas, and asked to talk to tech that had called me. While waiting for the tech (it only took about 15 seconds), the guy suddenly just grabbed the invoice, said they would remove the charge, and scratched it off the invoice. At that point the tech arrived (nice guy), confirmed the gas had seemed OK and was explaining when the first guy just cut him off, saying that they would just take the gas charge off because "hes whining about it". He kept grumbling some things to the others at the counter as he was putting the invoice in the register and, as I was leaving with the trimmer, actually called me a "j ". I told him I would spread the word, and left. When he had started this tantrum, my conversation with his tech was still in the question stage about what seemed at the time to be a contradictory charge, and what had really been the problem with the trimmer, based on what the tech had told me on the phone - I wasnt even yet demanding the charge be removed until I heard from the tech. While I appreciate them taking charges off, the $8.00 is nothing compared to this guys attitude - he even cut his own tech off! No customer deserves to be treated like this over a legitimate question about seemingly contradictory charges - there are just too many good small engine repair places out there, with stable people to deal with.

Today my father in law and I went in to get trimmer line and see if the tech can look at our weed eater. The red haired woman working was helping an older lady very nicely but when me and my father in law walked up for help she was completely disrespectful and to us she felt as if she was racist she had no patience and was putting the little old lady she works with through allot..poor lady shouldnt have to work with that and I shouldnt have to deal with that!

Because we go into the Shaw shop and ask the front lady that is kinda a ***** and she wouldnt look up any of the things we need for our chainsaw and told us to bring it in so they could work on it and make more money. I recommend if its a lady working at the front to turn around and go to one in Dallas because they are a lot easier to work with.
