Id give them 5 except they ask for your phone number at the checkout stand, when I declined giving my number the lady working was extremely rude, I find this off putting, The tools they sell are what youd expect at the prices they sell them for, you get a use or two out of some of them and then theyre worn out, but what are going do if you pay 2.00 for something that might cost 10.00 someplace else? I like having this store close by! Its definitely nice to have them in our community and makes it affordable if you just need a few things to complete a job instead of paying a ton for something you only need once or twice. An example is I plugged my tractor tire for 5.44 tax included.

This is my favorite place to shop for all things to tinker with! By far, and better than Cosco, Walmart, Home Depot, and even the Goodwill. I get all my tools here, its such a joy just to go in and look; the sales people are always friendly, the prices are cheap, most tools comes with a life-time guaranty; and there are just so many things that I wish to have just to tinker with; you could spend thousands every where else, but here a few tens or maybe a hundred or two and get a better quality item. This place has such an incredibly wide variety of tools and supplies its great for everyone, from professional contractors to the weekend DIY home improvement enthusiast. The prices cannot be beat and there are always insane sales going on. Some of the products might be on the cheaper side, quality wise but in most cases you can exchange anything that didnt work out and you probably only needed the item for one thing anyway so no point investing big bucks into a tool that will gather dust once youre done with the one time bathroom remodel anyway.

I really liked this place. The old lady that works here is out right rude. I was trying to ask her a question when she just passed me to help out another customer then leaves. I usually browse all the isles, but this time I had a feeling I was being followed. I recently built a garage/shop and was planning to buy all my stuff here but because of her, Ill just spend more money and buy quality tools, and equipment. At check out, she waited til I got to her till, to tell me to go to the next one.

In the past year I have spent a couple thousand dollars at harbor freight tools. Its a great place to buy tools if your buying disposable tools. It seems that every power tool that I bought from them has failed almost all of them the first time I used them. Now I waste my time and who knows how much gas to go up there and exchange for another tool thats going to break way to soon as well. You get what you pay for.

Harbor Freight doesnt necessarily have the best tools ever made, but they might have some of the best prices. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help, and with a coupon for 20% off and a free item (varies, but is usually a flashlight, tarp, batteries, multimeter, power strip, more) youll definitely get your monies worth. Just keep your expectations reasonable, and these tools will take you far.

You dont want to go to HF for your main tools that have to be very tough and dependable, but they are fantastic when you need work gloves, rubber mallets, pry-bars or some specialty tool that you only need once and would other wise cost a fortune. HF is a great way to round out your tool collection without breaking the back.

Recently returned a couple of items and the staff and manager were very accommodating. What ever harbor freight is lacking in quality is made up for at this location by customer service and their return policy. I will definitely be returning!

Awesome deals. They are even better when you sign up to get email promotions. Some items arent the highest quality but prices are very fair. Returns are super easy, just give them the receipt. You can find odd items you wished you had.

As a homeowner/hobbyist, I find the values good if not excellent. If I depended on my tools to make a living, I would get them somewhere else. The quality is reasonable for the price and it is cheaper than renting in most cases.

Cheap tools. Some are inexpensive decent tools, some just plain cheap tools that arent very good. Just need to scrutinize carefully. This HF always smells heavily of rubber and petroleum, the store needs better ventilation.

Great place for single project tools you dont want to spend a fortune on, just to use once or twice, and then put on a shelf to gather dust, or have a neighbor borrow it just to break it, or never return it.
