Wow, truly a great experience. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. They have everything you could ever need and they were priced very well. Light switches and receptacles were half the price they were at Lowes. They also even had stainless steel fittings, nobody has those! Their bulk hardware, tool section, garden tools, plumbing, and just everything is so well organized and easy to sort through. And just like any good hardware store they have popcorn there and vintage soda to top it off. I will definitely be a frequent customer and I will recommend this store to others. What a delight!

I have always had GREAT service until I dropped off my sthil brush cutter to get serviced. Did not hear back for 6 days until I called. They said they have not looked at it as there manager said the service person was needed on the floor now 2 weeks in I called again this morning to see hows things are going and was informed that the tag on the machine said call customer. They called and said the part is back ordered and dont know when to expect it back. So today I will pick it up and take to another shop. Communication with the customer is terrible.

I feel very lucky to have such a great hardware store in the neighborhood. Their prices are fair, the shelves are always stocked, the store is very clean and well organized, they have many of the more obscure supplies and tools I used to have to go online for, and their hardware/fastener selection is probably the best Ive ever seen. On top of all that, everyone I have ever worked with their is friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable. To sum it up, Parkrose is always my first stop for any home improvement needs.

I have rented a bounce house from Parkrose almost every year for more than a decade. This year when I went to rent one again, I was told that the delivery/pick-up/set-up/take-down fee went from $90 to $240! The excuse given was they were aligning with other similar companies in the area. I will now be renting from another reputable company and paying a delivery rate of $15. Sorry Parkrose, you have lost my business.

Not sure what all the sniffling is about Ive never had any issues with the staff Ive always been able to find everything I need and if I cant a staff member is always willing to help. Its a great Parkrose Hardware location close to home. Not the place to buy a sheet of plywood and two-by-fours but everything else is here!

Tried to use a $20 off coupon for $260 purchase, noticed on the receipt I didnt get the $20 off. When I went back in they told me coupon didnt work because shop vac was discountinued. No sign saying it was anywhere. At least tell me the coupon didnt work before I run my credit card.
