Totally incompetent. We needed a piece of wood cut and we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to the cutting center, after 3 pages on the overhead speaker. We finally got to the front to check out and the girls computer/register froze, so the other associate helped us, and double scanned the most expensive item. I didnt catch it and neither did she, so I tried calling the store to have the charged removed. The associate said that I needed to come inside the store do it. Seriously? I had the receipt number right in front of me, but apparently they "need my signature" to give my money back. Thanks John for taking your sweet time. Im never coming here again. Update: I called the store and an associate said that I could go to another store to have the transaction corrected. This store is not my local store, so I went to the one that was closest to me. That information was wrong apparently. So I called this store again, and asked to speak with the store manager. I got the manager on duty, and I think her name is Rebecca. She is very polite, professional, and took care of the charge for me.

Trying to find an employee to ask questions was challenging. Trying to checkout was even harder. I had a full cart and couldnt see any check stands open. I stood next to 3 employees talking, and waited, and waited, they never stopped to help. I walked over to the other counter and two guys looked up and then went back to work. I said "excuse me, which checkstand is open?" Blue shirt guy doesnt even look up, just says in a snarkey voice "the one with the light on." The light he was referencing was covered behind a balloon and a post from where we were. I would think people in retail would understand customer service, but these guys were really struggling with that concept this day.

So basically this place sucks!!!!! I highly recommend any other place for materials, than here..... I ordered 400 Sq ft of flooring was told it would be there In ten days. received a phone call stating it would be here the 22 called to check the lady told me it was scheduled to arrive but hasnt yet I asked her the date she told me the 21 I checked my calendar and it was the 22!!!!!! She blatantly lied to me...called. ack on the 23 was told flooring would not arrive till the 29....this store is not getting any more business from me or anyone I lnow ....total bs

Lacey, Home D. Im 57. My husband is 66. Asked young workers for help loading long, heavy decking, onto our cart. He walked away. We struggled, but loaded it. Then asked at cashier for help to load I to our pickup. No one came Had to do ourselves. Then next to us, stood 3 and at times 4, watching forklift load another pickup. Should be job openings there, soon.

I want to say customer service is about 50-50! Ive been given the guided tour by a very helpful employee taking my daughter and I to each item on my list. At other times employees were full of excuses like we cant cut any lumber cause the saws broken down till next week or I cant help you with this my register is closed shell have to help you.

If you need any help dont bother going to this store because no one will help you. I had to go on the Home Depot app to find the products I needed because not a single worker would help me. They would just walk right past me. If you need to go to Home Depot go to the other one in Lacey off Marvin.

Ive tried to apply several times, finding several problems with there system. when I called in they continued to pass me off to departments that did not help, insted transfering me to someone else. Dear Home Depote, Why is it my job to notify you that your internet services does not work

So this particular Home Depot is very hot or miss. They have some very helpful and knowledgeable people and some that are oxygen thieves.. You will quickly be able to figure out who is who but never quite know when the best time to go is to find the good ones.

Always helpful employees, i would spend hours looking for everything i go in there for if their extremely helpful employees were not there to assist me. Their employees definately make the decision to use home depot over other supply stores.

This Home Depot is the worst. Every time I go in here all of the registers are closed and you cant get around the lumber area. Most of the people in the orange vest are too busy to help you because theyre talking with each other.

The staff is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great salute to Veterans retired and former military and current military discount every day. Highly recommended will always shop there again

It seems everytime I go in there for something, the workers have no clue where anything is and I usually get the "we dont carry that" answer, so I am left to find it for myself. Prices really arent that great.

Horrible service in paint. I realize their paint match machine was down but how lazy can you be to NOT call another store with the paint #. Your paint chip in a different brand. We went to Lowes.

Decently helpful staff, few checkstands open at night though. Easy access off fones road with moderate traffic. Has a loading zone but sadly only 5 stalls to park in that are usually taken up.
