No return policy!? Really? The guy at the counter put extra hardware in my order by accident and charged me for it. I didnt find out until I was home. Called and told them they charged me extra for parts I didnt order. Their response, "too bad, you should have checked when you were here, no refunds". What a joke. If you buy something there, dump the bag out on the counter, even if its 4 dozen cabinet hinges, and count them.

Handed me a piece of paper to write down what I liked. When I went to order it they used the number I wrote down and never double checked it! Wrong product comes, fortunate they let me return it, but was charged a restocking fee and shipping on the correct product. No ownership on not ordering things correctly... it has taken over a month to get the correct product, and Im out $100!

Horrible attitudes from some curly headed guy who claimed he was the owner, yet kept arguing with me like a child with a smurck on his face and this shorter nasty, glaring woman who kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and hardware needs. What unprofessionalism from these too. The rest of the staff seemed competent. Never going back, nor should you.
