Dont be late on your payments. They will try to charge you with felony theft and the letter states within one business day. They are the only company to consider saturday and sundays business days. Then you dont have all the money so you tell them your going to return the items and are available today for pickup. Nope doesnt work for them. Now we wait till tuesday for them and they wanna act rude and say somebody needs to be home like its our fault they wont come now. Now we have to store a extra refrigerator and stove all weekend waiting on them. Worst customer service ever. Crystal is a very rude lady id revommend rent a center if you live in london and must rent to own stuff. Much easier to get along with. Hope you find this helpful

Customer service is a value i appreciate. So my bank card was stolen i call the store and talked to crystal and ask for her to wave the late fee. The answer was no. The first and only time a customer needs a break i cant get it because in the past i have made late payments. I didnt ask for a late fee credit then because i could of prevented it. I cant this time. Poor customer service over that $10. While i wait for the provisional credit. Thanks for helping a customer out. Have you heard the saying without the customer paying you 3times the amount for the product you dont have a business. Guess you need the customer.

Am I ever grateful to the extremely polite and friendly staff at Rent-2-Own, who absolutely went out of their way to locate a specific and hard to find laptop for me. They ( Desiree, Joey, Crystal and Chad) did everything that they could to accommodate my request and I am forever thankful for the extra care and the extra mile that they took with me. I wouldnt have to think twice in recommending Rent-2-Own and the staff, at this location!

First off this place doesnt even deserve one star , but was needed to give my review . THE SO CALLED MANAGER , CRYSTAL IS RUDE AND A LIAR . IF YOU LIKE BEING HUNG UP ON GIVE HER A TRY. I WAS HELPING A FRIEND AND CHARGED THE FIRST PAYMENT ON MY CARD . THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE NEXT PAYMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT . THEY ARE DOUBLE DIPPING ON THE PAYMENT . SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AGAIST THE LAW . BEWARE !!!
