I have never been so disappointed with a store in my life. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (a $600 phone) from this location on 11/21/12 and paid an extra 10 bucks to have it sent to me overnight. Seven full days later and I still do not have my phone. I have had to go into the store several times this week and have spent countless hours with them over the phone. I once waited a full 35mins on hold with their staff before speaking to a single person. They now believe that my phone was either lost in the mail or was stolen on my front porch. I tried to get them to track my order to see where it was and told me they "lost the tracking number" and are going to "give me another phone out of pocket." I have been going this location for over a few years now and have had fairly good service in the past. With that being said, I am utterly amazed by how badly this purchase has gone so far. Hopefully they can get the second phone to me within a couple days.

My experience here was horrible! I upgraded my phone and asked for my plan to stay the same. The next day Sprint sent me an email stating my plan was changed. I then went to the spring store in Woodhaven where I was told my plan was changed and it would greatly increase my bill. The Flat Rock store also charged a $35 activation fee which the Woodhaven store does not charge. Upon going back to the Flat Rock store to let them know their mistake, the employee who changed my plan then argued with me that he did not. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I will NEVER go back to that store again. They are not a corporate Sprint store either.

I went there with an issue. Rhami (sp?) and santiago are always helpful. Sean would not listen to what i was trying to explain to him and kept interrupting me. I will no longer do business with this store as he is a smug *****le, that obviously shouldnt be in the customer service field.

Great store, great people , Sean, Sam,Rami, John and Santangio have all helped me and my family with all our needs. I live far but the friendly service is so good that I dont mind the 30 minute commute. Great genuine customer service still exists, this store is proof.

Great customer service I switched service from ATT and the rep was very helpful in transferring all my contacts and my pictures on both my phones and helped me set my phones with my email and all my apps
