I purchased a car stereo from the ABC in Novi and they offered free install. I went to have my stereo installed, they worked on it for an hour and a half and they "couldnt install it and had to charge me $50 to rewire my car." I told them I didnt have the money and walked away NOT getting my stereo installed. I finally decided to spend the money and went to THIS ABC on ORCHARD LAKE ROAD. They were able to "magically" install my car stereo WITHOUT re-wiring the car. It took some time because they only do first come first serve installs, but I was able to work with Aaron, the mobile Manager, Nathan, and Adam the installer to get my stereo installed properly, and it sounds great. I am super pleased with THIS store.

went into the store for the first time in 15 years (what a mistake) bought a TV and the very next day amazon had it for $100 less. Called the store and the manager Bruce (who wouldnt even talk to me) told the associate on phone what to say to me the whole time. Would not honor the $100 difference and kept sticking to their return policy and they dont compete with amazon. At the end of the day its still cheaper for me to return the TV and pay the restocking fee. I should have stuck to amazon like i have for the past 15 years. I will never go there again, never. outdated business model. after further review and another call to Bruce, did the right thing. thank you Bruce.

Hello everyone, Here are the salesmen you should see if you want a good deal, Soulat Bashir, Brent Redmond, Isaac, Larry, Brendon, Tim, and Terry. The people you should never give your business to are Bruce Gorman, Julie, John Camarata, Norman K. The people who I mentioned you should not see are very rude, and disrespectful people they dont deserve your time, and money I strongly suggest you see the people who I suggested. Thank you for your Time. The reason why I made this review is because the pimple who I mentioned not to see were very very rude to me, and I felt like they were discriminating me while I was working at the store as Stock.

I needed a refrigerator and needed one fast. I spoke with Bruce Gorman over the phone in the morning about the fridge we were looking to purchase and told him I could swing by on lunch but wouldnt have much time. I walked through the door to a warm greeting and Bruce with everything ready to go. In and out in minutes and by far the best deal I could find on the fridge my wife wanted. Thanks to Bruce and his team for going above and beyond to earn my business. Even if you have an ABC closer to your home take the time to drive a little further and see Bruce.

2 years ago I purchased a recliner from them.they talked me into the leather protection for 5 years. That leather started cracking and flaking off. I went back to them and they said to contact the leather company. While I was there I located my recliner...I inquired about it and they said it is on close out pricing.....the price is $7 more than I paid for it 2 years ago. The leather company said they only cover repairs from one time accidents and my damage is from multiple times of getting in and out of the chair....dont waste the $59
