Want to buy something you can find anywhere else, there is a chance they have it here. That is their only redeeming quality. Otherwise, you will be paying as much as you would anywhere else for far far worse service. I just assume if two other people are in the store it is going to take a half hour to check out. Plus then they want to buy your games for $5 and sell them for $40. Everyone has internet now, just go to eBay. You can buy anything cheaper and sell anything for more. I honestly dont know how they are in business anymore.

I see some complaints about long wait times. These are the symptoms of the amazing service someone else is recieving and not millennial slacking. I am a casual gamer and often dont know exactly what I want when I walk in but always end up getting help finding it. The depth of knowlede and enthusiasm about gaming the staff has is unmatched and inspiring.

i went there and bought a game and the guy forgot to put the game in the case. and i realized once i got home and luckily i dont live far away but i had to drive all the way back to the store. the one on ford road is better, they are very nice and help you out a lot.

Customer service sucks. Also when put on hold they should say put on ignore... what a joke......hire someone that cares about customer service. No wonder why I use Amazon so much.

These guys are great! The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Any time I have a problem with any product I purchased, they replace it with no questions asked.
