I used to love this sprint store before they got a new store manager named Chris. Chris is the absolute worst manager. He is unapologetic for everything, he never has a solution and he is rude. At one point he told me he would hold on to my old phone for a week so that I could come in and have my pictures and info transferred to the new phone, I came in three days later and the phone was sent back and his only response was I dont know what to tell you. I usually do not write poor reviews but this second incident was the final as I will never be going back there. My battery exploded in the phone (which is built in) and he tells me there is nothing he can do because I damaged it. The phone had NO scratches or anything but he was so positive in blaming me and then gave me attitude on top of that. I went to another sprint store and they had my new phone ordered in 5 minutes. When you have a manager that has no idea how to retain customers, you lose them.

Had an awesome experience here today! Upgraded my iPhone 6s to an iPhone 7+. Kayla was the sales associate that helped me out and she made the process fast and easy despite the fact that my old phone was making it a HUGE pain to do. Kayla helped to make sure I was given any and all discounts available to me. Another employee was nice and talkative to my brother the entire time we were there. Overall a great experience, I would definitely recommend this Sprint store.

I came in today with quite a few problems and confusions and Kayla A assisted me and she was so kind and didnt make me feel unwelcome. She cleared every confusion up that I had when no one else via phone customer service or other sprint stores could do for me, she didnt seem uninterested in my casual talk either and that was different. Im definately glad I got to talk to her, she knows what shes doing, very helpful, and just an inviting bubbly person. :)

I had a good experience when going to the Sprint Store. The sales lady took her time to help me to work my new phone since I had questions on how to work a few things. She was great in taking her time to show me. I now know how to use my new phone. I was very happy with her services. And the Sprint Store in Belleville were everyone is very helpful and takes the time with you. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a phone or assessores.

This is by far the best sprint store around. Best customer service and service store. They go above and beyond their job description calls for and super nice. They take all the time one needs to make sure all your needs are tended to. I highly recommend this particular store above all others. And they tend to remember you as individual person not just another customer.

Steven H. Was very, very helpful, professional and nice to me and my daughter today as we came in to inquire about upgrading our iPhones. He was very knowledgeable and helped us upgrade smoothly and he even helped save me some money on my monthly bill!!! So two thumbs up to Steven H. And the whole crew in this store! Everyone was very nice and friendly!!!!

I came in to switch phones with a new phone I recently phone. Trevor was exceptional! He got me a Galaxy Tablet and a Wifi router for only $20 extra a month. I couldnt say no to such a good deal! He seemed very interested in my situation and helped me greatly. Plus hes quite a funny guy. Would recommend coming here, the staff only wants to help you (:

This is the best Sprint store. Kayla was the representative that assisted me. She was very nice, knowledgeable, patient and honest. She took her time and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them). She didnt try to sell me unnecessary things and was honest when I asked her about my plan. Kayla your awesome!! Keep up the good work!!!

Every time I have gone into this store Trevor has always been so helpful and pleasant. Any time I have any issues I know who to go to. This is the best Sprint store in the area. If you ever go in Trevor is the one who will always give you the best customer experience. It doesnt hurt that hes cute either.

Much better than some of the more diverse stores around here. Brook D. was amazing and fast and very helpful, and while sprint is still probably screwing you over, at lest shell have the courtesy to say sorry. Will never visit another sprint location again, even if this one is a little out of the way.

Best Sprint store Ive ever visited. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, were able to get me a MicroSIM card for my Nexus 5 phone that nobody in Ann Arbor had (and some thought didnt exist) and got my Nexus 5 all setup despite some issues thanks to Sprint.

Great experience, they bent over backwards to help me in a rather urgent technical issue and I found them very friendly. I was on-call and my phone stopped working but they fixed the issue. Thanks for getting my phone working again!
