The reason Im giving this bad review is because of of Zero Customer Service. And just to set the record straight, I rarely think of people of prejudice or racist but I just cant see any other reason for the lack of attention to me as a consumer. Im black. I traveled to this Best Buy from Toledo, OH. I walked through the front door with no greeting. I ignored that and kept walking. I then get to the gaming section( in which I circled several times just in case they didnt see me) and no one offers me any help. And to be honest the employees in which I did see walk past me( which were about 5 in total) seemed a little prestigious, a little uppity. So I decide okay, well Ill just leave. I didnt find what I was looking for anyway and was further looking to test my theory on this. So I proceed to the front door where other customers would get the "Well have a nice day". The "greeter" who was standing there saw me, looked around, and took a couple steps in the direction away from the door in which I was exiting. THATS WRONG! Im a really good reader of body language, and Ill just say something was off with the people throughout the whole store. This is bad advertising. For the second time after visiting a Best Buy to pick up something. I felt it was no better way to represent this displeasure than to hold the wad of 20s in my hand, lift it in the air and walk out the front door. Case Closed. Never coming here again.

Everything was looking good when I bought my computer in Georgia, 3 years anything wrong we will fix it, right? Yeah, they will fix it, however, they take forever to do so, and me being a college student living 45 minutes away from campus it makes life hard. Every time I called them they gave me the run around. Hold times being greater than 15 minutes, and when I did call, no one would give me a direct answer. After 2 days of this, I called the 1800 number, and then they basically called the store for me and got the information I was requesting. After I have to go out of town for a while and desprately need a computer for my classes, I called again, this time not even bothering with the store. The 1800BESTBUY number called the store for me again, and the manager got me 2 day shipping, apparently, however he told the tech on the phone that he would call me. NOT SO. I call back later and the manager that spoke to me left for the day and the manager on duty REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME. Apparently, according to the clerk, he/she was right over his shoulder telling him what to say. I demanded to speak to the manager, and the clerk still refused, so I hung up and called consumer relations. There they gave me information that the store COULD HAVE GIVEN ME. This is intolerable, and I implore you, NEVER SHOP HERE. Best Buy should go out of business or just not sell the service plans.

DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY if you do not want to be able to return shipments that they sell that are damaged. I bought a 4K TV that that was open item. The screen was cracked. I tried taking back within a week of purchase. I recd some excuse that anything with a screen must be returned in 3 days. Wheres that on my receipt? ITS NOT! Wheres that on "Our Return & Exchange Promise"? ITS NOT! I took the issue to my credit card company that refunded me the money until Best Buy disputed it. They told them that I tried to return it after 15 days. Needless to say, I am not finished with this. If you must buy from this store, do not expect any form of customer service from the management and open and inspect your goods before leaving the store. Or you can be smart like me and NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!

I was in store to pay my bill and buy a TV and a phone First the bill suppose to be pay online OK I m pick up the TV and the phone the from electronics dont know to rum my card I give all my information and he call his boss how ask to provide a electric P.O. number I use this card so many other times whit no problem . OK Im going back place the order online come back in the store to pick up my order but they can"t find the order phone Walk back to the phones grab the phone but I cant pick the phone because my order was cancel and Im ask to wait or pay again in the store . Well I decide I will buy from any other place except Best Buy This was my day in Best Buy Southland Southgate

Firstly I would like to say that Ive been at this Best Buy many times and purchased a number of items, and Ive always dealt with friendly and respectable employees. This time I had to get a laptop for college and there was a employee named Theresa who was very rude to me when I kept asking questions. She was pushing me to buy things that I didnt want, and when I chose a inexpensive but efficient laptop, she was calling it a "cheap and basic laptop" so I would buy a more expensive one. Her attitude was awful and she seemed ill informed about the products in her own store. She seems unfit to work at Best Buy where she should rather work as a Trucker.

Worst experience ever. I bought a phone online because they had a gift card promotion. I asked about it when I picked up the phone and I was told that I would get an email once the phone was activated. Phone has been activated but no email. I called their customer service which I was told to do when I called the store to ask about the gc. I was phone for over 2.5 hours because I was transferred 4 times and was told the there was a mistake because my purchase doesnt qualify. The worst mistake was me buying from Best Buy in the first place. All my purchases made in the last couple days are going back. Never buying from them again.

I have been a regular shopper of this Best Buy store for many years, I have worked with many of the customer service reps and have found them all to be very knowledgable and helpful. Ive had most of my interactions with the Magnolia Center (high-end audio and video), the Computer Center, and Appliances. Ive had repeated interactions with exceptional people, such as Melanie Brown, Brian Koch, Nate, and others. Perhaps most impressive to me is the consistently high service quality experiences I have had regardless of who is helping. This speaks to the customer service quality culture and leadership at this Best Buy store.

We were shopping with the intent to check out 2 Mac Air Books. One for each of us. The Apple Representative was knowledgeable. A friendly, and helpful young man. He took time to show us various products. He explained differences. He asked our needs and our uses. We currently have other equipment and were considering switching to APPLE. WE BOTH HAVE BEEN INVOLVED ON COMPUTERS SINCE 1980s. Having Home systems in 1990s. Our friends and families suggested we look at Apple. The Apple Representative sold us!! We have shopped at Best Buy for TVs, Printers and all of our electronics.
