I came here to buy the new Nexus S and was very satisfied. The store manager, Malik, was very friendly and a blast to talk with. I asked and was able to even pickup some swag as well. The stores inside was very clean and well organized. Will go here again for service. I went back again on 2/18 for a repair that I didnt think they would warrant, but I was mistaken. Although Malik wasnt present the other two reps were very helpful and fun to talk with. Only if every buisness ran as smoothly as they do, wed live in a very happy world :)

I always get friendly, helpful and complete customer service when I go in for repairs, upgrades or advice on any of the phones in my plan. We live in the country and service is sometimes an issue. Malik and his staff (Logan, Nate, Miguel…) are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure the phones work well for my family and business. No matter how many times I bug them with questions, they always take the time to help me understand. They do a great job!!

I was lied to multiple times about being able to upgrade my phone. They do not inform you on everything they have to do before you walk in store. Unfortunately I have been with sprint for 10 years and never once had a problem with thus location. Since there has been some different employees the care they give you and the way they talk to their customers has gone out the window. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Ive been coming to this store for many years now, the staff there is very friendly, and knowledgeable on their products and plans. I can always count on these guys taking care of my needs before I exit the store. I would recommend any new or existing Sprint customer to make this their go to store!

I love these guys! Im not in there all the time but they know who I am every time I go in. They are always helpful, solve my problems, and are personable. I tell everyone to go talk to them because they know what customer service is all about!

I like the employees, they are very helpful and courteous. I noticed though that every time I went to talk to them about changing or adding a service, that their deals were more expensive than just compared to just looking plans up online.

First... One EE was 8 minutes late! The other was at least 15 minutes late! And then, it took them 13 minutes to cash me out for a charging cord. Completely unacceptable!
