I am so upset with this place. They delivered our furniture and broke the dresser drawer, so we have been waiting for months for the new one, and now theyre saying they just dont have a handle for it. Like just go drive and get one- it is YOUR fault its broke. Then we called for an extension, and the lady didnt tell me they were adding yet ANOTHER fee onto our weekly payment- she told me it would be the one time fee of $7.99. She has no idea what customer service is. I have never ever written a bad review about ANY company, but I have lost my patience with this place! It is so unprofessional! I literally refuse to make another payment until my drawer comes in. Why pay for something you cannot use?!
