I hope the manager Jazmin sees this because its about her be warned dont get a cake there unless you really dont want to know how they make it.

I went to walmart because I got a flat tire just outside their store... at first I thought "this is great I am already here." But little did I know. While I was waiting for my 1 tire to be replaced, an older gentleman walked up to the counter and asked for a tire on his minivan to be replaced. The employee explained to him that they only sell 4 tire together for safety reasons! After hearing the be explination of why I interupted and told the old gentleman that I was in the process of having ONE tire replaced at that moment. Then after waiting an extremely long time for 1 tire to be replaced I finally went outside to my car to find a huge gouge in my rim. The managers manager told me to fill out some paper work that I have still never heard about (2 years later). Then after much frustration I left with my new tire. Three days later my tire came completely unseated from my rim and totally off one side!! I was so discusted with their service that I took the tire off and brought it back for a full refund. Then bought a new tire at a small shop and it has been fine ever since.

Went to get a ring resized/a quote for the service. When I approached the jewelry counter, there was no employee to be seen. A young couple was already waiting there to get a watch battery replaced. The young man went to find an associate, who paged someone to the counter. The young man returned and the three of us waited for approximately ten to fifteen minutes before the couple was fed up with waiting and left. I lingered for roughly fifteen MORE minutes, totaling thirty, before giving up and leaving. No one ever showed. As many people work at Walmart, one would think that it wouldnt be as outright impossible to receive assistance as it is with every. Single. Visit. Ive waited upwards of thirty minutes at the fabric counter for assistance in the past, and thats after having made three (THREE!!) separate calls via cell phone to the front desk asking an employee to be sent back to help me.

I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. There is never anyone there to help, and when you go and call someone it takes them 30-45 minutes to come over. This has happened multiple times. I made the mistake of ordering things online and picking up at the store. Both times the experience was negative. They said they have 5 items in inventory and went looking for it. I waited about 45 minutes and then told they dont have it. Another time, I went to pick up the item 2x and the guy said tht we dont have it, it might be on the truck and could take 1-2 weeks before we unload it. In the meantime, I had email saying that the order is ready for pickup. AVOID at ALL costs if you can. Go to another store, your money will be well spent.

Okay if youre willing to spend 20+ minutes in the only open checkout lane, especially after 10 PM, and be treated like a criminal by the overzealous receipt checkers after spending almost $200 in their store. If you prefer to be treated like a human being, go to Kroger, Aldi, or Meijer instead. This Walmart is the main reason I discovered Amazon Prime, where I usually pay less for general merchandise (non-food) than I would have paid at Walmart anyway. And since they ship to my house for free in two days, I dont have the added expense of burning a gallon of gas or more.

Awful customer service at the check out. Cashier didnt even acknowledge me and continued chatting with her co-worker for awhile before even starting to scan my items. After her co-worker left she still didnt acknowledge me and the first word she said to me was the total price for my purchase. Then her credit card machine didnt work the first time and she blamed me and started huffing and pounding away at her register. What a load of garbage. I have very low expectations when going to Walmart but I still managed to walk away disappointed...

Hate this place. There are never enough checkout lanes open. Often the only lane open is the self checkout. I had a completely full basket of groceries after an hour and a half of shopping. Went to checkout and only the self checkout was open. There was a line of about 20+ people waiting. I left the basket and went to Meijers and had to do it all over again. Also not enough selection & many items I regularly buy are frequently out of stock. Terrible place! Not worth the aggravation to save a few pennies.

This walmart is pathetic. There have been three times Ive went to get a game after its been released with the game not on the shelf (big name games) and the associates refuse to go in the back to see if its in stock. Then the final chance I gave the store, they had it stocked, yet the associate lost her keys and no manager came within 30 minutes. I will not go back to this walmart again. Id rather make multiple stops and get descent service rather than one and deal with incompitent employees.
