We purchased a fridge from them it lasted less than 10 years!!!! in 2 years after purchasing we had to call a repair guy and spend $150 on the fridge. Now stupid us we went back purchased another fridge thought we would spend around $800 on a frige and it would work better NOT IT CAME IN WITH A SCRATCH ON BOTH SIDE FIRST PROBLEM THEN YOU WOULD EXPECT THE FREEZER TO WORK SINCE THE FRIGE WORKS SO THE RENTER PUT THE FOOD IN AND GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT WORK THEN I CALLED THE ABC ON ELIZABETH ROAD, WATERFORD AND YOU WOULD THINK SINCE WE HAVE PURCASED SEVERAL LIKE 5 FROM THEM THEY WOULD MAKE UP FOR ALL THE INCONVIENCE AND DEDUCT FOR THIER SCREW UP WRONG THEY COULD ONLY PROMIS THEY MAY BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT AFTER HOURS MY BET IS IT WILL COME IN WITH DENTS AND HAVE PROBLEMS THEN THE STORE MANAGER THREATED ME WITH THEY COULD MAKE ME TAKE IT AS WARRANTY AND CALL THE MANUFACTURER BUT THE FRIDGE CAME IN WITH DENTS AND SCRATCHED UP HELLO THIS ABC DOES NOT WORK WITH THE CUSTOMERS EXPECIALLY ONES THAT HAVE PURCHASED ALL APPLIANCES FROM THEM THAT IS DISHWASHERS, FRIGES, WASHING MACHINES, AIR CONDITIONERS, AND STOVES SO HELLO MR. NASSER YOUSEF- MANAGER YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER SINGLE APPLIANCE FROM OUR RENTAL COMPANY OR OUR PERSONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!! SO IF ANYONE GOING IN THERE RETHINK WHAT YOU DO ! AND BUYER BEWARE IF YOU GET AN APPLIANCE THAT DOES NOT WORK YOU HAVE TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. I WILL GIVE ABC THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE GOOD WHEN THEY FIRE THIS GUY!!!!! ALL THE APPLIANCES I PURCHASED FROM THEM AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED. I WANTED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TIME FOR THIER SCREW UP AND HE COULDNT DO THAT AS A MANAGER ABC YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER.!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not happy that it took them over a month to cash my check for a large purchase. They claimed that they cashed it two days later and claimed there were no funds in the account (which is total utter BS). The manager left a message on my phone telling me some BS about the procedures for cashing a check and how it didnt go through a month after the fact. While I am pleased with the salesperson, Tom, who did an excellent job, this check situation overshadows the whole experience. This check situation really inconvenienced me and I was forced to take money from my savings account to cover the purchase that should have been covered by the check in the first place. When you pay them (if you are naive enough to go there), be sure to either use cash, credit, or debit. Dont use a check with this warehouse. They take forever and a day to cash it and then call you and tell you to bring up cash ONLY. Then they will claim they cashed it, and if theres a problem, they will not notify you right away. Thats horrible customer service, and I am not happy. The bottom line is that they will inconvenience you, not communicate with you right away if theres a problem, and dont really care. Besides, its kind of impolite to wait that long to cash a check (or not notify us of a problem RIGHT AWAY). I will never use ABC warehouse again, and I urge others to stay away from them too, especially this one!!!! :( Steer clear of ABC warehouse unless you want to deal with people who have no manners and no tact to properly deal with customers and contact them in a timely fashion if there is some sort of problem.

We went to ABC Warehouse in Waterford, MI for their tent sale. We are in the market for a new TV, and had found one on their website for a reasonable price that we liked. So, we went to the store to look at it, and likely purchase it. We walked in and went straight to the back of the store to look at TVs. No one so much as said hello, let alone asked us if they could help us find anything. Anyway, we looked and browsed in their TV department. This store is not very big, and we could be easily seen... especially since we walked right by sales people. After about 15 minutes of shopping without so much as a glance from a sales person, we left. As we did so, we walked through a gauntlet of at least five sales people who continued to chat with each other as we walked through them. Not a word. We walked out and immediately called the store to let them know we werent even acknowledged and that they lost a sale from people with money in hand because they didnt bother to even say hello the whole 15- 20 minutes we were in the store. The response we got was just, "Okay. Ill let them know." Wow. They dont want to do business- their employees go to work for a social gathering. If you want to get quality products and good customer service from a sales person who at least cares enough to make a sale, dont waste your time at ABC Warehouse, and take your money elsewhere.

First time buyer and Id NEVER go back!! Only reason I didnt leave 0 stars, is because you cant!! We had an okay sales associate in the beginning, but once we purchased the refrigerator and the warranty, but once we left the store it all went down hill from there...and fast! The delivery men were, to put it mildly, jerks! They dented one of the doors to the fridge and wouldnt even connect the water line to the ice maker or plug in the fridge..."we just deliver" was pretty much all they kept saying and no apology for damage...really?! Then we were told the new door would be delivered the next day, only to find out the door has to be ordered and will be two weeks before fixed!! So when we asked for another new fridge we were told no?! Let me get this straight... delivery men dented door and wont do a thing but drop off and they dont take back items they damage?! Why cant I have a fridge thats not damaged and not have to wait two weeks?! HORRIBLE customer service!! Not satisfied!! Dont waste your time here!! Spent almost $3,000 for this service and damaged product!!

I have been dealing with ABC warehouse since 1995. I have bought televisions, a diswasher , washer and dryer from them over the last 15 years. I have had numerous ocasions to call them for service and I have had their service policys. They always come through for me with out any hassles. They certainly beat working with the national chains such as best buy , or home depot. I highly recomend them as you wont be disappointed. They really stand behind what they sell. PS the salespeople actually know their products. I was taken care of by Julie in Waterford, nothing less then fastastic from beggining to end of the sale and beyond.

I usually deal with Gus at the canton location, but recently moved to the Commerce area. I called Gus as my washer died on me yesterday (day before Mothers day of course) and notified him I had moved. Gus set me up with Steve, the manager of the Waterford location. What a guy. He comes and takes care of me, explained everything about the washer, and even gave me a great deal on the unit. With the way everything is going to online ordering, the only thing left for retailers is customer service. ABC Staff certainly has the customer service thing down to a science! Thanks again Steve, In the words of Arnold... Ill be back!
