So.. I took my phone in there December 1st, the guy told me he would have my phone done in 2 hours.. Just a new lcd. I said ok.. No big deal $175. I call after 3 hours go by, "hey do you have my phone done yet" he says "no not yet". So I called him the next day thinking that its been a whole day it should be done by now. He tells me Oh I need to order a new lcd cause, I didnt have it in Stock. So I thought to myself no biggie. Another couple days. So I call on December 12th. Says it still hasnt came in. Then the 18th still nothing. Then the 23rd, he proceeds to tell me he cant get the lcd right now.. Cause he doesnt buy his stuff from "China".. Oh ok? So he says if you would like to come get the phone feel free." still not fixed".I didnt go get the phone cause he said he would have it done eventually... So this time I decide to go into the store January 5th.. He tells me he hasnt got it done cause he doesnt have the lcd.. But since Ive been so patient he says . He will tear apart a phone that is already together for me and have it done by noon tomorrow. So a month later Im going to have my phone back. I go into the store today the 6th. At 4 pm. Thinking itll be done. The phone still isnt together.. I walk in and the guy is playing on his phone. Asking what I need I tell him my phone, he says I still have to assemble it give me a min. He gets it all together and gives me it. I look it over. The lcd has bubbles in it serval of them. Was not done properly at all. So I tell him Ill be in tomorrow at noon. And my phone better be done. Worst service ever. Terrible. Very aggravating. Ive never written a review before. Dont go here. Pay the extra money and get it done by Jimmy Johns.

The customer service is some of the best I have had. I first brought in my phone wanting a cracked screen repair, and I thought I was going to have to replace both the LCD and glass on my galaxy S5. They looked at the screen and said that they would try to fix it by just replacing the glass. Now listen, this is not a negative review, these guys did an awesome job and tried 3 times to just replace the glass before having to replace the whole screen (not to their fault). It was obvious that something was wrong with the way the glass was setting on the screen and they replaced both for a very, very reasonable price. All in all the customer service was great, they did a lot of labor and service for free when things didnt work out properly and this was my first time ever stopping in. So in the future if someone asked me where I would go to fix a phone screen or have anything else done, I would tell them to go see john at CPR phone and tablet repair in Lapeer! Thanks guys!!

Less than 1 star! You go in to drop off your phone and they give you a time frame, tell you it will be fixed and then when you come to pick up your phone they will tell you it will be fixed in a couple more hours which turns into tomorrow which turns into the middle of next week... its always an excuse every time and every time I went in there to get my phone FIXED like they said it would be, the person there is always sitting down eating, screwing around and not doing anything! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

If I could go lower than one star, I definitely would. These amateurs kept my sons phone for almost a week and a half to fix a charging port. The guy that fixes that didnt show up for a couple days then screws around ordering the part. Finally pick up the phone and once its on the charger, not charging at all. It wasnt even charged when it was picked up! Total stoner hacks and a total waste of time thinking about this store.

They said they could fix my phone in two to three days keep in mind its only a cracked screen. my phones been there for five days and they still havent fixed it I went with these guys cause they were cheaper but at this point I would have gladly paid the 35 extra dollars and could have had my phone fixed by now if you need your phone fixed fast ide go some where else.

I went to have my screen replaced and when I got back he was inside the store vaping. He left as I was walking into the store to go hang out with his friends in the parking lot. When he gave me my phone it was dark on one side and he told me it was because I let it overheat, although it wasnt like that when I brought it to the store. Wouldnt recommend.

This is about the worst business I have ever dealt with. I was told the charging port and new battery would be done in a week .. After three weeks many trips and much complaining and nothing done to my phone I was given my phone and told to leave. They kept my case my SIM card and my SIM card holder. Said it was not there when I brought the phone in.

My iPhone screen crashed on me, they replaced it for 50$ which is a great price and quality screen, but a couple weeks later I was having another issue they fixed my phone free of charge. Will most definatily go back there and would not go anywhere else for phone repair but cpr. Great group of guys.

Cant give any less than one star... if you advertise that you open at 10am be there at 10am... not 1130 or 130... I wasted combined in 2 days 1.5 hours waiting... so I went to flint and got my phone fixed. Tried to keep money local but if they dont want it???

this place is great,good work .my iphone 5c would not charge and the port got fixed and also the headphone jack got cleaned it was $45 out the door and other place they want like $95 so this place is good and i recommend it to others !!!

i took my phone here once for my aux port. It was fixed that day, but then i broke my screen they said it would be fixed in 4 days where it has no been over a week and counting and im very angry at how long this is taking
