this place was my furniture choice for a long time until today. i will never ever do business here ever again. they have a credit manager there that is the rudest person i have ever been in contact with on the phone. i have always paid timely and never been 30 days over. i pay my bills and to have someone speak to my vmail and then when i called back was not great in my book.. we have over 600 employees here in my company and i assure you they will all no about my experience with badcock. I will also be using this recording at a couple seminars we will have this year on how not treat customers.. YES ITS THAT BAD.. And to think this is dec 26 the next day after CHRISTmas

DO NOT BUY FUTNITURE FROM HERE !! My grandmother purchased some furniture and within the first day it broke and they had to come An "Repair " it than in the next 5 months it broke again and they refused to replace it! Not to mention the customer service was terrible ! The lady was rude and disrespectful she even told us "This is not court " . We will be calling corporate office and the better business bureau !
