Very frustrated by their deceptive pricing practices and customer service. Pricing practices are at best unethical as they have sales where the new discounted price is more expensive then the price they had before. We purchased a kitchen table and chairs and then came back the next week during their BIG sale and it was priced higher. Even though the percent off went from 25% to 40%, the base price increased so that the actual end price was higher ??? Not sure how this is legal, but Ive checked several times since then and their practice continues. Also, PLEASE read the return policies and do not believe their sales associates. After we bought our kitchen set we went to return it within the two weeks allowed and were told by the sales associate that we should just change the fabric on the chairs instead and we would have until the new chairs arrived to return them. This of course was not true and when the new chairs arrived and we did not like them, the sales associate said we would have to pay a restocking fee. Escalated it to corporate and they stood by their lying associate. Cost us $700 to return. This is by far the least ethical company I have ever done business with and feel I need to warn other consumers. Stay away, their furniture is nice, but not worth the headache.

I ordered a beautiful expensive dining table. I was told it would be like the one on display. It was so distressed and crooked a glass of water wouldnt stand up straight on it and the wood was soaked in chemicals that smelled like tar. I sent it back, received another within 60 days, then the very rude delivery guys just barely left the 250 pound table standing without putting in half the screws, so my children nearly were crushed when at dinner, they leaned across the table for bread and it started leaning. We called the store, went through the big run-around again. How this was somehow NOT THEIR USUAL. THEN, I WAS WARNED NOT TO ADVERTISE IT ON Face Book by the sales lady. I had said months before, my friends were waiting to order after they heard how my experience went. A very upsetting experience. Never an apology. Just young people with a fake sounding sencerity, saying things like , "this is not our usual policy". Never again.

Unfortunately zero stars is not available. We have purchased a lot of furniture from this store over the years, including a leather chair that cost over $3,000.00. After approximately one year the leather looked like it was 100 years old. This is considered normal to them. They dont warranty leather. This is how they treat people who have bought plenty of furniture from them in the past, so you might want to avoid becoming a customer to begin with so you dont get the same treatment. If their policy was that they simply dont warranty leather, perhaps they shouldnt have had me go to the point of taking several pictures and sending to them if their policy is not to warranty leather.

Got the run around on a sofa delivery for 30 days. Never once did I receive a call, not even to tell me it had been damaged and I wasnt getting it on the agreed upon day. It has been almost two months since I ordered the sofa and 30 day since my original delivery day. I have had to call and call and call only to be told its coming in two weeks, no wait two more days, no another week, no it should be tomorrow. Each time I was told someone would call me, which never happened. Save yourself some stress go elsewhere. Update: after I attempted to get a refund yesterday, it would appear that Arhaus has instead charged me again for the sofa. Complete incompetence!

DO NOT BUYT THE: AVA UPHOLSTERED DINING SIDE CHAIR IN ELIZABETH PLATINUM AND ANTIQUE NATURAL Unless you buy the warranty with it, my big mistake. Beautiful and comfortable for about a year then the button popped off and now two of the 6 chairs I bought the backs are loose and you have to take off the fabric underneath to hopefully be able to fix it I am not sure how badly damaged they are. More money does not equate to better quality, all made in China. I have learned my lesson, buy warranty on everything, nothing is made to last anymore.

Very bad experience , i purchased 2 large items with ski high prices both delivered damaged!! They use third party for repair and delivery ( unexpected from a fancy store ) delivery guys refused to take off their shoes, they dont even have a boots covers ( so disappointed ) i would not buy or even recommend this store to no one. Other cheaper furniture stores use their own trucks for delivery, i cant believe they still in business.

Maria G at Arhaus Raleigh store is absolutely one of the best design consultants we have worked with. Maria went out of her way to provide service and did so in such a timely manner. She has great taste and a very comfortable way about her while providing expertise. Maria does what she says she will do. I highly recommend her if you need any home furnishings!!!
