We bought a 3 seat cloth sofa and 2 seat sofa set about a year and half ago from the Cary store. We had a really bad experience at the store. Apprantely the sofas had a sale sign but when we went to pay they changed their minds and said sale price has expired and they cannot honor the sale price. So we left the store and called corporate customer service and they said they would not honor the sale price either but would give give us a good discount. We bought the sofa set at the discounted price. After a month, 3 seat sofa was so loose and the cushions were already sagging. They sent a guy to fix it and eventually they replaced the entire sofa. After a year and half in, all the cushions are sagging. My wife and I are less than 150 pounds each. Lazy boy boasts about quality and integrity. It seems like their furniture is purposefully built to last during the first year only.

We dealt with this store via the online system. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even though there is a three day cancellation policy, they allowed us to cancel the order weeks and weeks after it was entered. This was requested because we received the swatch of our chosen color in the mail and realized wed made a HUGE mistake. So La-Z-Boy cancelled that order and entered a new on with a color about which we were sure. The merchandise arrived as scheduled and were happy with it. Many thanks to Dara Kelly and the others at the Cary Store!

I am very very disappointed in the arm and head protectors. It took a month to get and were expensive, to be no bigger than table napkins, I feel like I was taken!
