Ordered a couch in store and had multiple problems. Sales person said I wouldnt get billed until after the couch was delivered which ended up not being true. I had ordered it about 2 months in advance to make sure it was still available when moving into our house. Was told I had 12 months interest free for signing up and purchasing on thier card...got the card and looked on my online acount and it said 6 months interest free. They did fix this issue when I went in to the store about it. When they called to confirm delivery i let them know that they had the wrong color for the couch. She said I could have the wrong one delivered and keep it until the one i was supposed to get was back in stock. When the correct color arrives it was backwards. I ordered the chaise on the right and it came on the left. When my boyfriend called the woman said the manager would call him back. Never got a call back that day. The next days I sent and email in. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received a phone call back or an email back. The couch i had in the wrong color my boyfriends father ending calling and buying and moved himself. He got the managers call back right away. Will not ever buy anything from this company again.

My boyfriend and I just had the best experience with Value City! April our sales woman was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and very professional. We purchased a sectional that was very beautiful but unfortunately when it got delivered, it was too big for our family room. Value City was happy to exchange it for us. April assisted us again and when we found the sectional we wanted, the color we chose was discontinued. But April took the time to check all the warehouses and found us the last sectional in the color we wanted! Im so hlad she went above and beyond because we absolutely love our new sectional! We will definitely be shopping here again!

I have had just the opposite experience. I bought a beautiful leather sectional as well as a loft Bunk Bed for my sons room, and these folks not only took care of us dureing the sale process, but one of the Reciners broke and I just got off the phone with them and without even batting an eye they are sending out a replacement recliner on Thursday! As a sales manager myself I am usually apprehensive about the "whole sales process" being a true pain, but I will recommend this store and this staff to everyone and anyone looking to buy furniture!

Do not do business with this company before reading reviews on the better business bureau. Horrible customer service, never followed up when promised, nobody took responsibility for their actions including several staff members, Ive had several conversations with this company including the store manager and DM, it amazes me how a corporation can show such lack of consideration especially when a consumer is spending their hard earned money. I will write a review with the better business bureau and include specifics.

I had bought living room and bedroom sets in 2014. They both broke after 6 months. 3 years later I bought a dining table with acceptance now program for $1100. I paid on time whatever she I asked on the phone for 3 months. In 4th month I asked remaning balance She told me $1100. Because i had to pay off within 90 days which she never mentioned before. I ended up paying total more than $1800 just because I paid off within 4 months . $800 for 30 days. Shame on you VCF.

We purchased furniture about a yearAgo.we also purchase the extra warranty. the furniture fell apart before it was a year old....we e- mail asking for help and they e- mailed me back saying that wont cover anything...considering we got 5 year coverage...spring popped threw the cushions,ripped fabric .the furniture is garbage ... sad we wasted all this money on furniture that didnt last a year.....dont waste your money....

My fiancé and I bought new furniture from value city 2 years ago. With that being said, within 6 months the back of our love seat was ripped in the back and a sharp metal piece was sticking out. Now, our bed frame (sleigh bed) just broke. Honestly take the business else where because this furniture sucks.. never been so upset.

Terrible customer service, bought a couch that was suppost to be delivered in 2 weeks, then got a call saying it was postponed over 3 months! Went back in to pick out yet another couch because I refuse to wait 3 months for delivery. And once again over a 4 week wait. Took my money and left. Id give 0 stars if allowed

Bought a $2500 couch and they sold us the warranty that was supposed to cover damage to the fabric, cushions,?etc...when the seams began to rip they told us seams werent covered and that was a different warranty that we didnt purchase. Will never buy another piece of furniture from these snake oil salesman

First of all the saleperson (Christina Ford) was VERY friendly and very knowegable. Purchase a sofa and t.v. fireplace sound system combo. Prices are very reasonable. Deliverymen were great. Purchase a dresser and bed next.☺
