My wife and I ordered several pieces of furniture, 2 accent chairs sofa/chair set with ottoman, on march 15 which was promptly delivered as indicated on march 19th. We ordered 2 extra sets of pillows for the set matching the accent chairs which we were told would take 3 weeks, Wow! In 3 weeks we were notified of their arrival only to find out when going to the store that they had been ordered in the wrong fabric. The employee, Janet, advised us of having to reorder and that would take another three weeks. That was not good enough or fair, so we returned 2 days later to speak with the store manager Ted Oneil. Mr Oneil responded to the fiasco with a gracious "hard luck, three more weeks and hopefully we get it right this time." There were even four pillows on the floor which were what we had ordered, but he was insistent that they had to be reordered. Only after pressing him in support of his own stores customer service policy did he at least accept refunding a portion of the pillows cost. I might consider purchasing again if I had time to walk the employees through the process of filling out their paperwork. Otherwise, I might consider shopping elsewhere for better service.

Ive been to the Cary store several times only to find the customer service people not very friendly or helpful. The first time, I excused their behavior because everyone has a bad day. However, the next couple of times I went in there, it was a repeat of the same poor customer service. I went to the store when it was absolutely empty except for three sales people manning the floor. I showed one of them a photo of both a chaise and an ottoman I wanted and I was directed to look around in the middle of the store for it. Another salesperson handed me a catalog and said look in the chair section for the ottoman and walked away. I was flabergasted. No one took the time to show me where things were located or even find the item in the catalog for me. I will NEVER shop their again.

I went into the store on Memorial Day to purchase a bed, mattress, and box spring. I was told that the mattress and box spring would be delivered "on Thursday." I called on Thursday in the afternoon when I had not heard from the delivery. I explained the situation to the person who answered who asked me to hold for the manager. The manager said that it was scheduled for the following Thursday. He implied that I must have gotten it wrong. He sounded annoyed when talking with me. I explained I would be travelling the following week. He said again that it must have been my misunderstanding. He offered to call the warehouse but sounded like it was annoying him. He did not sound like he cared when I said I would I cancelled the entire order. So I cancelled.

Bought a bedroom set from them. Sales people were not pushy or aggressive. They let us roam and look around as we pleased. They helped answer any questions and guide our search as we explained what we wanted. Spend A LOT of time looking around at all of the stores in the area, but what we got is very high quality, and we paid a great price. I think we got the best value we couldve for high quality furniture. Delivery was on time, they assembled everything quickly, they were careful not to damage anything and they had me look everything over good to make sure was satisfied before they left. Overall, the furniture buying experience went very smoothly, Id shop here again, and recommend it to others looking for high quality furniture.

We have moved throughout the Triangle and Home Comfort has come through for us each time. When we originally arrived from CA, Home Comfort delivered a new mattress same day, otherwise we would have had an extra night in the hotel with kids and pets! Last year we ordered new furniture for a new home and our closing was delayed but Home Comfort was able to make the delivery the following day. Yesterday, at the last minute we decided since we had a rental truck for another purpose, wed get a new mattress. We didnt have time to go to the store but Kelly, our salesperson, took care of everything and suggested the perfect mattress for us!

Great experience with Home Comfort! This is the second couch Ive bought from Home Comfort and the experience was great. We got lots of information about what we wanted to buy, help with customization, and the custom order arrived sooner than expected! We had an issue with delayed renovations in our house and Home Comfort held the couch for extra time in their warehouse and delivered it on a later date at my request. There was a missing part with the delivery and they fixed it easily later without any issue. I would happily buy from Home Comfort again!

Horrible customer service - especially from Carol who completely messed up our purchase order that included a kitchen table and six chairs. When Tony, the manager said they would make it right, she never did a thing and said they could not do anything. As you will read about further below, if you think about buying anything from this store - think again or you too can be writing about a horrible, HORRIBLE experience like weve had. RUN, do not walk to any other furniture store is our recommendation.

While mattress shopping we happened accross this establishment and let me tell you what... if you are in the mood extremely overpriced products this is the place for you! Ill admit their furniture was fabulous but the prices are 90% higher than elsewhere. We found the same mattress, marked $1,799 here, for $999 at Capital Discount Furniture. While the staff was pleasant they only offered us a $150 discount and free shipping. Save your money and find somewhere else!

My Task was a new sofa and love seat. I went in Home Comfort Furniture located in Cary on Kildaire Farm rd. and was very glad I did. The ladies helped me advised on how to choose properly carefully pointing me toward a good decision. The prices where as I thought they should be so that was a perk. I ordered a custom fabric and the estimate was correct on delivery. I am please yet again with Home Comfort.

If I could give it a zero I would! Horrible customer service managers are terrible I highly recommend going elsewhere. I purchased a mattress, went to pick it up and they didnt even have it and it was too inconvenient for them to even help me get it rectified. I had to take a half a day off of work to go get it because they said they I had to have it picked up in 3 days. Bad bad bad dont buy from them.
