Went in store spoke to salesman he went in back to get feed back from assistant manager. I hear her yell I got to go to bathroom and something about on break. Very unprofessional to be talking that loud and being annoyed. Another employee came out as I was discussing it with my husband and she thought it was funny. She then runs in the back to snitch that I said it was unprofessional. Our original salesman comes out and says what she cant go to bathroom. Another customer heard this and walked out with us and thought it was rediculous and recommend rooms to go.

I bought a Lazy Boy sectional sofa along with the 5 year warranty plan. Warning: the plan does not cover the cheap quality leather this company uses. After 2 years the so called leather is breaking and separating. For what you pay for this furniture it definitely is not worth it. I would not recommend Lazy Boy to anyone nor would I ever consider buying any product from this company again.

Furniture is nice and way over priced but the kicker is the $40 dollar charge to pick your furniture up at the store! We purchased over 3K of furniture and they would not waive the pick up fee!! Yes, there is a charge to pick up. Go somewhere where they appreciate customers and dont try to rip them off with added fees.
