I honestly cant believe what I am experiencing with Rooms To Go. Trevor at the store was great. He helped me in every way he could through the purchase process. Thats where the good ended and the nightmare began. When the furniture was delivered every single piece was wrong! The sectional was the wrong color and the recliner they delivered was wrongand didnt even match the set we purchased. They agreed to leave the wrong pieces until we received the right ones but refused to assemble them the way my wife asked them to. I then went online to contact customer service and found that the price I was charged in the store was $400 more than if I would have purchased it online. So I went BACK to the store and again Trevor was very helpful. He agreed to issue me a credit for the price difference and scheduled the delivery service to pick up the wrong pieces and deliver the correct items. I received a call at 6:50am this morning saying they would be to the house in 15 minutes. I was on my way to work and my wife was taking the kids to school. Who does that? The dispatcher told me the truck driver would only wait 5 minutes and that they had no idea when they could reschedule delivery. I told him that I was to the point that I wanted to just return everything for a refund and HE LAUGHED AT ME and said,"Good luck with that!" I cant believe that a company as big as Rooms To Go conducts business this way. I hate being "that person" that makes a special point to give a bad review but I want to help keep someone else from having the same nightmare I am going through.*****UPDATE**** They told me they would call back yesterday to set up a delivery time, they never called. I contacted the store manager and requested a refund and that they pick up the furniture that they delivered. He said that they dont have a return policy and that it will take at least a week for them to get back out to pick up the WRONG furniture that they delivered. My next call is going to be to the Better Business Bureau. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I just want my money back for the furniture I paid for but never received! Now theyre telling me that they will give me my money back with a 20% restocking fee. THATS $500! I just filed a case with BBB.****Its now been 3 weeks since I bought the furniture. Theyre sending me financing bills for furniture I still havent received. They have made no effort to contact me in any way. I guess its my responsibility to make sure they live up to their obligations.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! There is a reason that most costumers have given them one star. Awful experience! My roommate and I ordered furniture from the store three weeks ago. If we stated out loud that we liked anything, even just in passing, the sales associate said he would add it to our bill. He followed us around the whole time and tried to add on a bunch of extra pieces, no matter how many times we said no. My roommates mother was with us while we were shopping, but left for a little while to take a phone call. During this time he tried to bombard us with as many items as he could, and it was completely obvious that he thought he could sneak things past us without her mother noticing. We are not ignorant and we were not going to buy items we did not want or need. I understand being a salesman, my dad used to own a furniture store, but this was above and beyond. It was obnoxious. While going through checkout, he tried to add on extra charges after he had promised to give us things "for free" that we didnt even ask for, including four accent pillows and a lamp. We tried to negotiate the bill for forty-five minutes with the sales associate, almost dropping the order altogether several times, before the manager came over. He was obviously not happy with the sales associate. After all was said and done, we set the delivery date for this upcoming Saturday. My roommate just called to confirm the delivery and they said it would not be arriving this Saturday. They said it could be arriving anywhere from Tuesday to Saturday of next week and the delivery could be at any time. Both of us are new teachers and we have workshops scheduled Monday-Friday. On further inspection of the bill after this issue, we realized that they did charge us for two accent pillows ($60) and there is another miscellaneous charge for $60. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I should have listened to my dad, this place does not believe in professionalism or courtesy at all. It should have been obvious to us when we walked in the store and all of the associates were on their cell phones. They only bothered to look up when my roommates mother came in.

Went shopping a couple at Rooms to go to look for a dinning table and living room set. As soon as I walk in nobody greeted me people were just sitting on the couch like they were just home on there cells. Started walking around and one of the sales rep Antia was very rude. Was rushing me was not giving me time to think about what set I really wanted and when I told her I didnt want my credit run . She seemed upset as well when I told her I didnt want the protection on my stuff. I worked with some lady Jennifer she was very rude and not helpful at all. I was previously interested in there program before and had talked to a young lady named LeaH and another female b fore named Jasmine . They were very helpful also explained the program a lot better than Jennifer did and Antia. They made it sound good until I did more searching on this acceptance now company . After my experience with rooms to go and the terrible service from rooms to go and acceptance now I have decided to get my furniture from Ashleys they were more helpful and more pleasant to work with they did not rush me or push me into anything with out letting me think about it. I was really disappointed because my mom in Florida talked highly about the rooms to go there never again will I try and spend my money with a place of business that does not conduct there self In a professional way. I thought this was a business place not home to sit on the couch and text. Gues because I was dressed in a jumpsuit and now business attire I did t have money to spend. Had a completely better experience at Ashleys furniture store. They had a Pleasant smile, outgoing energy and was ready to greet me as soon as I walked thru the door. They listened to what I was looking for and what colors and what kind of comfort I was wanting in my home. They gave me space to think with no pressure of how my money was being spent there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was bait and switched at this store. I went in to purchase a king bedroom set. I was greeted by Corrie, who gave me time to browse and wasnt overly pushy. Got my choice narrowed down to two. Discussed Corries recommendation between the two. We added a chest and the upper sleigh foot board which gave us a total of $2900. We agreed. We scheduled a delivery date (ended up being two because the dresser wasnt in stock), swiped, signed, received our paperwork, and left happy with our purchase. It went down hill from there. On the first delivery, the bed frame looked small after being built. Asked delivery men if was a king, they didnt confirm. Second delivery date had to chase after the delivery men so they would attach the mirror to my dresser. After they left, bed still looked small, so measure it. It was a queen. Called customer service, order was put in for a queen. Called store. Attempted to confirm that the additional $215 they were asking was part of the original $2900 I was quoted (I thought I was quoted right, but order placed wrong). They told me the next day it would be $45/month under the financing deal. Didnt add up. Asked a bunch of questions to confirm correct, sounded right, so let it go. Went in to pay, found out wasnt included and was basically forced to pay $65 additional for a bedroom set that I wasnt quoted properly for to begin with. They gave me $150 credit out of the goodness of their hearts, since, as I was told by corporate, by law since I signed the receipt with only the Queen, they didnt have to do anything. I couldnt even check because I didnt get the paperwork until after I signed! So yeah. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
